Fia Steak is a love letter to the classic steak house, and new sister restaurant to Fia. The intimate 48-seat restaurant offers three distinct experiences with the energetic Grill, elegant Dining Room & intimate outdoor Patio. The heart of the restaurant is the Grill, where guests can catch the theatrics of live cooking on a wood-burning fire. The Michelin-recognized Chef Brendan Collins offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest cuts of U.S. beef, as well as handmade pastas & fresh fish from across the globe; Japanese A5 Wagyu & USA Prime beef, "Bubbles & Bumps", featuring great champagnes, paired with "bumps" of the finest caviar, to make every night a celebration. Expect tableside Steak carving of our large format steaks, which complement the stellar service provided by the all-star hospitality team. Most items were very over salted. We had Rib Cap M/R undercooked too. Tableside Caesar salad over dressed. Great dessert - amazing sticky toffee pudding; one of our favorite dessert when we can find it. Ambiance perfect; small place with great vibe. Overall, we won’t be back.

Amazing ambiance and food! Wine is pretty expensive and cocktails are great. Inside gives a speakeasy vibe and the open air kitchen is amazing. Highly recommend for a nice date night!

Dinner was spectacular - from the fresh oysters to the Caesar and the peaches and burrata… all the way through the Branzino and the tomahawk! Our waiter Jesse had wonderful recommendations and too great care of us.

One of the better meals I’ve had in LA! The service was outstanding, the food was absolutely delicious (we were shocked at how much we ate!) and the outdoor patio was quiet and great for a celebration. Highly recommend!
