Fia Steak is a love letter to the classic steak house, and new sister restaurant to Fia. The intimate 48-seat restaurant offers three distinct experiences with the energetic Grill, elegant Dining Room & intimate outdoor Patio. The heart of the restaurant is the Grill, where guests can catch the theatrics of live cooking on a wood-burning fire. The Michelin-recognized Chef Brendan Collins offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest cuts of U.S. beef, as well as handmade pastas & fresh fish from across the globe; Japanese A5 Wagyu & USA Prime beef, "Bubbles & Bumps", featuring great champagnes, paired with "bumps" of the finest caviar, to make every night a celebration. Expect tableside Steak carving of our large format steaks, which complement the stellar service provided by the all-star hospitality team. Had a Reservation for 8:45 but were seated at 9:20, the cocktails were not good. Too sweet, not balanced. Not entirely the fault of the bartender as he was using pre made syrups and mixers. Dont get the house cocktails unless you like your drinks very sweet. The tar tar was excellent. The caviar cigars were okay but the sauce on the top was too overpowering. Oyster were terrible, the cucumber on top was overpowering and you couldnt taste the oyster. Steak was great, and cooked perfectly. If you just go there for the steak and wines you will be happy. Oh the foir gras was excellent as well. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Excellent experience but the food arrived luke warm instead of hot. At this price and for food this delicious that is unacceptable and disappointing.

Definitely one of the best steakhouses in Los Angeles with an old school ambiance and new school menu. Jesse is one of the best waiters I have ever had at any restaurant. He is one of a kind and does a terrific job with suggestions and guiding you through the menu. I don’t think I will go anywhere else for a steak dinner.

Went last month and had a GREAT meal- one of the best. This time they missed the mark- steak and all sides WAY too salty. Steak was undercooked too. I'lll give it another shot based on my first meal there which again was one of the best!

Tonight’s dinner was one of the best meals I have had. Not only was the food outstanding, Dena went above and beyond to make sure our experience was truly memorable.
