Located in Midtown Village, Libertine is Derek Davis’s contribution to the Philadelphia food scene and celebrates the history and future of our great city. Chic, sophisticated and playful, the indoor dining and bar area with seasonal outdoor seating running along the entire length of the property at Spruce and 13th Streets. The contemporary American menu is planned seasonally around what is available and freshest at the markets and complimented by scratch specialty concoctions, 20 wines by the glass, and a significant handful of local craft beer. “Good Eating, Drinking and Fine Hospitality” is served every night of the week and brunch on the weekends.

THE FOOD HERE IS AMAZINGGGGG. I had low expectations because of the reviews, and let me tell you, they’re WRONG!!! How could everything taste so damn good?!! I know this is the part where I was supposed to deduct a star, but the food was that good!! There were only 2 servers for the entire restaurant, and I mean the service was really really slow, but for those heavenly bites? I’ll wait!! We pretty much ordered everything off the menu, and if I may suggest, just get the entrees, instead of a few appetizers that won’t fill you up. I feel that’s where the bad reviews were coming from. However, the crab pot pie and lobster roll were dinner portions and were great. I also recommend the whole snapper. It’s huge and can feed an entire family. Beautiful restaurant, but definitely on the pricier side.

I recently visited Fia , service and the food was so outstanding that I couldn’t resist coming back for more. From the first bite, I knew I was in for something special. The flavors were incredible, and everything was prepared with such care and attention to detail. I tried the oxtails and it completely blew me away — the balance of flavors was perfect, and the texture was spot on. After that first experience, I just had to go back and try something else on the menu, and once again, I wasn’t disappointed. The fired snapper was just as delicious, if not better! It’s clear that the chefs take great pride in their work and know how to create dishes that leave you wanting more. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a restaurant that serves food so good you’ll be counting the days until your next visit, this is the place. Highly recommend it!

I recently dined at Fia, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. My better half and I checked this out for the first time last evening, and even with being short-handed, we were shown a great time. Josh executed excellent service, always checking on us, making sure our standards were met. He also made great food suggestions! The plating was great and food was quite flavorful! Definitely going back again!

My dining experience on Valentine's Day was outstanding The food was on point and the service was top notch. I would strongly rate Fia as a 10 and recommend my friends to attend

1 waiter serving 9 tables he was very attentive but he looked stressed, but still served with a smile on his face and positive attitude. Food and drinks 10/10 I will go back hopefully they get more staffing. The guy that works in the kitchen and brings out the food was so nice and helpful becuase he seen we needed things and it wasn’t his job but he helped without an attitude

2nd time here and was even more pleased. The value and taste of the food just amazes me! I was overjoyed to have a winning dish twice. No I am eager to try the rest of the menu.

Dining at FIA was one of my best dining experiences ever! This was not my first time there. I recommend FIA wholeheartedly! The food was absolutely delicious and the service outstanding. The mood intoxicating! I give it a 10 and will continue to dine there and bring friends whenever I can👌🏽
