Feya Marble Arch is an exquisite one stop visionary experience that customers can enjoy while tasting the offerings of a newly curated menu by the award winning Chef Zahra Khan. The menu consists of cosmopolitan influences from all around the globe and of course features some of Feya’s signature dishes.

Feya's newest venue, located next to the iconic 'Marble Arch' and opposite Hyde Park, excites with two bespoke murals inspired by Women Empowerment. Together with the unique walls the restaurant also displays a truly unique feature that hangs from the ceiling and illuminates the space. The glistening ‘Hand of Inspiration’ symbolises the spark of creativity, which aims to inspire all women to be creative and bring joy and beauty to the world.

    The service at Feya was exceptionally poor. After being seated, we waited for an astonishing 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. It was quite challenging to attract the attention of a waiter, as they would often glance our way and then proceed to ignore us. Additionally, we waited nearly another 30 minutes for the bill, during which time we were shuffled between various waiters, further complicating our experience. The food was equally disappointing. For an establishment of this caliber, both the service and the quality of the food were unacceptable, especially considering the exorbitant prices we paid for such a awful experience.

    We had a reservation for 9:30 but they were still cleaning at that time so we had to wait outside for 10 min. Not a problem but not a good first Impression. The Food was really good - we had the Rose Avo Toast and waffles, coffee and hot chocolate - but very overpriced. We payed 60 Pounds, thats a lot for 2 People. Also it was quite cold, because the door was open all the time. And the toilet was disgusting, sorry to say this. All in all it was ok, but we will not come again.

    Location of Feya is great easy to find not too far from Marble Arch station. The restaurant looks cute, however, the down side was that it was dirty /messy and cutlery was also not clean which I had to send back and request a new set. On the flip side, the ambiance is nice, slightly overpriced but the chicken and waffles was nice.

    The place is nice and the food was good, very pricy for the type of food and for a brunch experience you need to order multiple things otherwise is just a one option a la carte. The service was very slow, I don't blame the servers, I believe they need to have some kind of training to understand what's in the menu and how to place orders... For the price we paid and the overall experience I would not return there.

    Terrible service, if could give less than 1 star I would. Went there twice in the same week since for the first bad experience I wanted to give them a benefit of the doubt however the second time it was even worse. Their staff is lost, lazy and slow. They couldn’t find my booking TWICE! The first time it was half empty so they gave me a random empty table, the second time they panicked because they were full and they gave someone else my booking. When I ordered Moroccan Chicken, the waiters asked me if I’m sure I saw that on their menu since they don’t think they serve that (it was on their menu and I pointed it out), I asked for an iced latte - they brought a hot one (overall terrible service) the second time I ordered eggs and it took them an HOUR to bring eggs?? And said the chef is busy but a couple that came half and hour AFTER me got their food before me, ate, got desserts, paid and left before I got my eggs! I removed the service charge from the bill and I would not recommend anyone to go to the restaurant. There’s a McDonalds around the corner, go there instead.

    It is a small restaurant with limited food options and the waiters can be a bit slow with taking orders but it was good overall

    The setting is very pretty. However the food isn’t great. I had to send the nacho fries back as they weren’t very hot. My daughter asked if the Açai bowl had banana in it as she doesn’t like banana the server said it didn’t but when she tasted it she said it had banana blended in it. We ordered tea, which never arrived. My drink took ages to make, when I looked at the bar the servers were holding it saying to each other whose is this ? I went up to the bar and got it myself. Pretty venue but wouldn’t eat there again. Maybe just a drink as they are nice when they eventually arrive.

    Went to feya after seeing it all over TikTok, I had high expectations. However it was a huge disappointment. Everything we ordered had something wrong with it. The matcha was powdery. The eggs were crispy and the pancakes were raw and stodgy. At 75 pounds for two people, I expected something above average. I can’t say this was average at all, definitely below and would not recommend.

    Food was not up to standard, half of my order was late, there was a hair in my drink. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing, too crowded at the entrance. When asking a waiter for assistance, they would say they didn’t take your order and disappear. Would not recommend!

    Acai bowel was very poor. Not even a proper acai bowel and was very watery not even frozen. The price is extortionate even for london and service charge.
