Feya Marble Arch is an exquisite one stop visionary experience that customers can enjoy while tasting the offerings of a newly curated menu by the award winning Chef Zahra Khan. The menu consists of cosmopolitan influences from all around the globe and of course features some of Feya’s signature dishes.

Feya's newest venue, located next to the iconic 'Marble Arch' and opposite Hyde Park, excites with two bespoke murals inspired by Women Empowerment. Together with the unique walls the restaurant also displays a truly unique feature that hangs from the ceiling and illuminates the space. The glistening ‘Hand of Inspiration’ symbolises the spark of creativity, which aims to inspire all women to be creative and bring joy and beauty to the world.

Great service, friendly and accommodating. The food was taste breakfast and very good birthday cake. Very nice place and decors.

On arrival the host was unable to confirm our booking. Having waited around eventually our booking was located and we were pointed to a table. Unfortunately the poor service continued throughout our experience at this restaurant. We had to ask for menus, the hot chocolate which is £6.50 arrived without design. We then had an issue with the waitress who would not change the hot chocolate until her manager authorised it. Food was above average but the overall experience and service was poor. I will not be going again.

Very disappointed visit. We had originally wanted to book Bond Street but you can only do that by phoning and they just don’t answer their phone! So booked Marble Arch as could book online. No table reserved when got there, very slow service, food and drink ok but over priced for what it was. Had to go up to counter to ask to pay, told all the machines were busy! Had to go up to counter a second time to ask to pay. Chairs were filffly. Not worth the effort and didn’t match the hype they have created on their instagram. Painted walls were pretty though.

It looks great on socials, but this was pretty disappointing overall. We visited on a hot summers day and were not offered any water on arrival. A huge misstep in basic hospitality if you ask me. The food was pretty to look at, but tasteless. We had savoury filled croissants, pancakes, a pizza and French toast at our table. Our food took quite some time to arrive, which was expected, however we were left without anything to drink while we waited. We would have been happy had we been served our drinks. To leave customers sitting without anything in front of them for 45 minutes is just not on. The music was deafening loud and off-putting. Give this one a miss.

Average - not worth the hype. All aesthetics nothing else. I spoke to the waitress about my cold hard waffle - why am I paying £20+ for a waffle that was probably frozen. Beautiful to look at and toppings tasted fine but for a cafe that’s meant to be ‘amazing’ it was really lacked. And service… average. Paying 15.01% extra service charge is WILD. Why am I getting my food before my drinks? I would understand if they were busy but they weren’t. No organisation, they don’t want to be here quite frankly (which I understand who wants to work but we all just fake it). Drinks were good though however when received. I would come here for aesthetic drinks but never for a waffle again. I’m pretty sure it’s frozen packed waffles.. my brother also got the same dish and faced the same issue. My other brother however had the classic English breakfast which was good. I would say the establishment needs to check in with their staff to ensure they are ok to work and review the quality of dishes they are serving. Not returning tho unless I have to.

Awful experience. Took my mum for brunch. Staff had no idea what they were doing. Table wasn’t clean upon seating. Asked for a bigger table but was refused, even though the place was half empty. Food was okay but pancakes were hard. Food was definitely overpriced. Brunch for 2 cost £92. We didn’t eat or drink £92 worth. I happily pay a lot for brunch when the quality of food and service is good. But this was just embarrassing and completely disappointing. Would never return to this branch again.

Overall, the place was dirty ans the table and floors - sticky. The food wasn't something wow for the price. The bill was also wrong, with additional items which we didn't order. Custoner service wasn't great.

Very disappointing. We ordered our breakfast and they forgot to bring mine. Restaurant was not busy so not sure how they can forget. Waiting staff did not even check and I had to get up and ask, they apologised but did not offer any thing in return. Food is expensive and not that tasty. This was a birthday treat for my friend, so that was very disappointing.

Das Personal war bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin noch nicht da. Wenn man Frühstück anbietet, sehr ungünstig..der ganze Laden kam.leider erst sehr spät zum Laufen. Es war kalt, Tische nicht aufgeräumt oder eingedeckt.man hatte das Gefühl, sie wären von den Gästen überrascht
