IT WAS CLOSED!!!! I get to the shop in time for my reservation but it was closed. Listen if you wanna close fairs but atleast communicate it with the customer furthermore don’t let me book if you’re gonna close

I honestly don’t understand how you can take reservations on the day the restaurant is closed?????

The food and drinks were very nice, a little pricey (especially the drinks) be warned a sit in charge automatically added along with service charge.

Food & coffee was delicious as always. But service and ambience were the usual levels of abysmal.

The quality and taste of food was really good, this was let down by the service the lady that brought over our drinks and food were not friendly, when the lady who cleared our plates away we asked if we could order some cake she didn't even acknowledge us and walked off, therefore losing some custom, the cost of the food is quite expensive for what it is and then a stick an extra £2 per person service charge, I personally would not return

The ambience was very nice and the staff was very lovely and welcoming but the food arrived somewhat cold and did not taste fresh (compared to the other Feya in Marble Arch). We ordered nacho fries which seemed to be cold fries with a large amount of peri power and Dorito crisps on top-we were unable to eat it due to the overwhelming taste of the powder. Regarding the service, we ordered drinks before other tables but had to request our drinks three times before it arrived (while other tables ordered drinks after us but received them quickly)-overall, this Feya branch was not as enjoyable of an experience as the Feya in Marble Arch

I organised a hen do at Feya and the workers were lovely and did a great job making our hen’s day special- she loved it! The only downside was seeing the manager (lady with blonde hair) being horrible to the workers. For e.g a waitress stopped to take our picture for us after we asked her to and when she went back to the till after, the manager raised her voice at her in front of all the customers. Management seems super toxic and this was super obvious to all the customers! I feel sorry for the workers. The food however was delicious and very aesthetically pleasing, I’d definitely come back for the service and the food and drinks (especially mocktails and crème brûlée latte) but will avoid speaking to that specific rude manager.
