Very average food and poor/slow service. Lighting was odd. Felt soulless

Service was amazing , the lady there was helpful and friendly . Food wasn't amazing for the price . We paid £260 for 6 of us . Overall I would go back for cake and coffee but not for a meal .

We arrived for a 9:30 am breakfast reservation, and the restaurant never opened- we waited until 9:45am before going elsewhere. The storefront was dark and appeared like no staff were inside - truly disappointing as this was our last day in London and looking forward to breakfast here

The food was lovely but must say the atmosphere the staff created was not good at all. Wish we did not come, they were not welcoming at all. I don’t think they smiled or talked to each other what’s so ever. Everytime we needed something or had a question we had to get up. Very disappointed with the service. As they say “food can be amazing but if the service is rubbish customer won’t go back” and we defo won’t which is a shame as the food was beautiful and tasty.

It took them 25 minutes to tell us that what we ordered wasn’t available (which didn’t even need cooking). It was then another 40 minutes before we received our eggs. In total we waited an hour for some eggs, the staff weren’t friendly and came across rude. The only positive is that the food did taste good, not enough to wait that long though.

I went to Feya Knightsbridge for my birthday and I was highly disappointed! The food was below par and the service was middy. The menu was limited and not everything that was on the online menu was in store which made me very upset! The only thing that was good were the drinks and desserts… the ambience was also nice and aesthetically pleasing. That’s all, for good food I won’t recommend at all but for somewhere to take nice pictures I highly recommend

Beautiful place, and great choices on the menu, it all looks very pretty. However food service is slow. When it arrived, it was cold. For the price of the extras, I don't recommend getting the grilled chicken. However, despite the temperature, the wisteria waffles with white chocolate was really nice. Overall, you're paying a lot for aesthetics.

The menu at Knightsbridge feels significantly stripped down from all the items they have on their Instagram page. It wasn’t busy but wait times for each order was very long. The didn’t give a bill at the end, just verbally told us how much to pay, meaning they decided on the service charge without giving us an option. Overall the food was just ok, the service was a little below average, feels over hyped on Instagram
