L’équipe constituée par le père et le fils créé une expérience culinaire italienne unique, étant en exploitation à Las Vegas depuis plus de 20 ans. Le fils, Mimmo, a grandi dans l'entreprise et, après avoir été diplômé de la C.C.A., il est allé en Italie. C’est ici qu’il a travaillé avec quelques grands chefs de la Toscane. Avec son père Gino, ils ont créé un menu pour satisfaire les palais les plus exigeants avec des plats primés tels que l’osso buco, les côtelettes d'agneau, les steaks de première qualité, du lapin, des poissons de la Méditerranéenne, des pâtes et des pains préparés sur place. Sans oublier le gnocchi de la mère. Alors que Mimmo s’occupe de la cuisine, Gino s’occupe de la salle à manger et s’assure de la satisfaction de tous les clients. Sa spécialité est de recommander des vins italiens de sa liste de vin qui a obtenu l’Award of Excellence par Wine Spectator et qui propose une sélection d’approximativement 900 vins qui lui a valu le titre de « Collection italienne de vins la plus diversifiée aux Etats-Unis ». Il vous sera aussi une large sélection de vins de Californie, de France et d’Australie. Beaucoup de stars ont soupé chez Ferraro’s. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The service was impeccable orchestrated by our server, Lauren! From the moment we arrived, the host and hostess acknowledged her celebratory meal. The food was unique and very well prepared. I recommend Ferraro’s to anyone seeking a great dining experience.

The food was outstanding. Pasta cooked perfectly. Osso bucco was absolutely delicious ! Wine was overpriced, but a good selection. Will definitely be back,

Our experience at Ferraro's was absolutely superb! The food was truly excellent, the cocktails and wine selection were second-to-none and the service was the highlight of the night. Ferraro's is not cheap, and it's worth every penny!

I don’t even have words….but I do have a “Chef’s Kiss”!!! Hats off to this 39yr Family Owned Business. Service was stellar, Michael thank you!! Food, is there something above an A+??? We started with homemade bread and secret recipe “dip” and Caesar Salad! For dinner Chef Mimmo prepared an off menu Pasta Carbonara for my husband, I had the Oso Bucco and momma had the Pappardelle Mimmo. All were beyond delicious!! We finished with espresso and homemade Italian Almond and Amaretti Cookies. I can’t say much more than we will DEFINITELY be making Ferraro’s a permanent fixture on any trip back to Vegas!! Thank you to the entire staff and family at Ferraro’s for such a wonderful experience!!

This is, by far, the best Italian restaurant in Vegas and overall one of the best restaurants, period. The service is excellent in every detail (thanks, Walter). We had about 4 or 5 different service people at our table in the first 10 minutes we were there. Food is excellent. The carpaccio is the best we've ever had and the Caesar salad was perfect. Veal piccata! Wild Boar ravioli! This is our go-to place when people come to town for a visit and for our own special occasions. I can't recommend it enough.
