L’équipe constituée par le père et le fils créé une expérience culinaire italienne unique, étant en exploitation à Las Vegas depuis plus de 20 ans. Le fils, Mimmo, a grandi dans l'entreprise et, après avoir été diplômé de la C.C.A., il est allé en Italie. C’est ici qu’il a travaillé avec quelques grands chefs de la Toscane. Avec son père Gino, ils ont créé un menu pour satisfaire les palais les plus exigeants avec des plats primés tels que l’osso buco, les côtelettes d'agneau, les steaks de première qualité, du lapin, des poissons de la Méditerranéenne, des pâtes et des pains préparés sur place. Sans oublier le gnocchi de la mère. Alors que Mimmo s’occupe de la cuisine, Gino s’occupe de la salle à manger et s’assure de la satisfaction de tous les clients. Sa spécialité est de recommander des vins italiens de sa liste de vin qui a obtenu l’Award of Excellence par Wine Spectator et qui propose une sélection d’approximativement 900 vins qui lui a valu le titre de « Collection italienne de vins la plus diversifiée aux Etats-Unis ». Il vous sera aussi une large sélection de vins de Californie, de France et d’Australie. Beaucoup de stars ont soupé chez Ferraro’s. I brought 4 colleagues for Dinner and we all had a great time and even better the Food was even better! Start to finish they nailed it! Will definitely be back while in Vegas

An absolutely fantastic meal. The pastas all fresh made, each dish perfectly done. Had two of the specials, rabbit stuffed ravioli and double lobster spaghetti were recommended by the chef and exceeded expectations. Try the pistachio gnocchi! Our server Vincent was classy, friendly and very helpful with the cocktails and wine suggestions. A gem off the strip.

We ordered a salad, ribeye special, lasagna, and lobster pasta.. Everything was delicious!!!

I’ve been here 5 times now and the menu continually disappoints. It NEVER changes. Bartender had no idea how to make a Boulevardier cocktail, desserts are very tired as well… I think I’m done.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Eric was outstanding with great recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to take care of my Celiac guests. The food was all amazing - truly amazing. I can’t wait to return

Very good risotto and pasta. Quick service which was good since we were going to a show. Expensive but hey it's vegas!

We had an exceptional experience. Our waiter, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend the osso bucco; it was absolutely delicious.

-Playing Bruno Mars, Brian Adam’s and other pop music is a far cry from the piano guy and Frank Sinatra they used to play. - while the Osso Buco was delicious, the signature pappardelle pasta lacked flavor and all dishes were overpriced. - Two Sambuca’s to finish meal were short pours.
