L’équipe constituée par le père et le fils créé une expérience culinaire italienne unique, étant en exploitation à Las Vegas depuis plus de 20 ans. Le fils, Mimmo, a grandi dans l'entreprise et, après avoir été diplômé de la C.C.A., il est allé en Italie. C’est ici qu’il a travaillé avec quelques grands chefs de la Toscane. Avec son père Gino, ils ont créé un menu pour satisfaire les palais les plus exigeants avec des plats primés tels que l’osso buco, les côtelettes d'agneau, les steaks de première qualité, du lapin, des poissons de la Méditerranéenne, des pâtes et des pains préparés sur place. Sans oublier le gnocchi de la mère. Alors que Mimmo s’occupe de la cuisine, Gino s’occupe de la salle à manger et s’assure de la satisfaction de tous les clients. Sa spécialité est de recommander des vins italiens de sa liste de vin qui a obtenu l’Award of Excellence par Wine Spectator et qui propose une sélection d’approximativement 900 vins qui lui a valu le titre de « Collection italienne de vins la plus diversifiée aux Etats-Unis ». Il vous sera aussi une large sélection de vins de Californie, de France et d’Australie. Beaucoup de stars ont soupé chez Ferraro’s. Every detail in Ferraro's is exactly right! From the food, service, light and design, this place absolutely nails it. Bring your wallet, because it is expensive!! But it's worth the price.

A great restaurant, better than anything on the strip. we arrived and the restaurant and staff was going to seat us next to the bus station to which we declined, and asked for another table. It took a few moments for the manager to decide where to seat us, there were several tables available. We finaly were seated. In my experience, a fine restaurant will always find the best table in the house for each customer as they arrive. The table that staff first tried to seat us at remained empty during our entire meal. I hope the manager will ponder this for a moment in the near future. Food, and waiter was as expected, fantastic.

We absolutely adored this restaurant. It was my best friend’s birthday and our waiter Michael, treated us so well! My friend Lexie has dairy allergies and Michael made sure to accommodate her with several food options! He was very attentive, friendly and genuine. We love Ferraro’s and plan to come back during our next stay in Vegas

I have been coming to Ferraro’s every year for last 15 years. Fantastic food, fun atmosphere very knowledgeable wait staff. I wish they had one in Utah.

Food was absolutely wonderful! It was husband's 50th birthday and he absolutely loves gnocchi. Ferraro's had the best that he's had in a very long time!! The lasagna was absolutely 💯!! The best part is that you can tell all the ingredients used were fresh and that elevated the flavor. The prawns were on point, with that sauce! OMG!!! We will be back guaranteed!!!

We had a nice dinner, it was very loud and I haven’t been there in a long time and the menu has definitely changed.  the best thing that I had was the carpaccio that was amazing.
