Felina Summit extends the legacy of Felina Ridgewood and Felina Steak in Jersey City. Guests can indulge in elevated Italian comfort food prepared with modern techniques, showcased in a large scale open kitchen adorned with terrazzo and mosaic marble detailing. The ambiance and environment of felina is beautiful. The food is spectacular but slow. But over and over again the service has been terrible. The bartenders are slow, unfriendly and dismissive. They ignore people standing to order a drink at the bar. This is consistent service as I hear the same experience from everyone in town. The servers are slow to come to the table and unattentive, with an exception to one server. I had my appetizers come out before my wine and bread. I want to like this place because it's close to home and new to town but the service continues to disappoint. Many locals agree and I hope management can work to improve this.

It is a beautiful venue that is no doubt. The food was good not outstanding and for what you pay it should be. Scallops were $45 and not sure it should be as much as a steak. Glass of wine for $16 is also a bit much. Just wish things were more reasonable! Will probably not go back for dinner but would go to have a drink at the bar.

New space is really nice. Service was not very good, no explanation of menu, no tremor to make a personal connection. Did not even offer dessert/coffee. Wasted opportunity for more revenue and more gratuity. Food was very good, presented well, tasty well seasoned.

The noise level was so high we didn’t even stay for dessert which was disappointing because the food was so good.

As a new addition to the Summit dining scene, bumps are expected along the road. That being said, 20 minutes to meet your waiter and a 3 hour meal with only intermittent contact with said server is not acceptable. The food was very good and it’s a nice looking venue, but the service was so bad I can’t imagine going back.

Great ambiance and food was very good. Service needs a lot of work. Waiter did not take drink order. When he did, then brought the wrong drinks. Never came back to ask if we needed more to drink. After food was served, he never came by to ask how our meals were. And they were not even busy the night we were there.

The space is beautiful and I always welcome a new restaurant in the area. A first meal in a new restaurant is always an adventure. I was a bit disappointed in the food though. I will give it a second chance.

Unfortunately our food came out cold 2x (after sending it back to the kitchen). Was forced to then order something we didn’t necessarily want but needed to have something for dinner. The manager was nice and took the entrées off the bill, but would expect a higher level of service at a restaurant like this.
