We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

A unique concept of a Good Italian farming food. Nice wine list, excellent ingredients finely combined.

Our dining experience at Fattoria was exceptional. The food is authentic Italian and quite delicious. Or server, Josh, is one of the best servers we have had. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the food and wine and took excellent care of us. He mentioned that Fattoria is the best Italian restaurant in the Vail Valley and we agree with him completely. We will return and recommend this restaurant highly. Josh, thanks for making our dining experience one for the books!

This restaurant is a must visit. The food was excellent. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Steve, who is one of the owners welcomed us warmly and checked with us to make sure everything was okay. We started with a delicious burrata appetizer and wonderful Italian soda. It only got better from there. My wife loved the Branzino and my and Pasta Bolognese was excellent. I honestly felt like I was sitting in Italy, food, ambiance and friendliness abounds. You won’t regret eating at Fattoria. 5 Stars!

We had an amazing experience from the moment we entered the restaurant. The staff was welcoming and treated us as if they knew us. All of the food was wonderful! My daughter loved the nonalcoholic drinks. We had the lobster ravioli, lasagna and pappadella pasta with meat sauce . Simply Outstanding!

Great food as always! Two of our party got the polpette di vitello and one got the polenta cakes as her meal. Great drinks, ojitos lindos is my go to, and our waitress Lily was awesome! Pistachio ice cream to top it all off and it was a great night!
