We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

We have been to Fattoria multiple times and it is always excellent. Consistently good food & the staff is excellent. Highly recommended!

Our food was great, the polenta appetizer was very rich and balanced. We got the pesto pasta and was very light a full on flavor. Josh was attentive and fun and the host was thoughtful and welcoming. We will be back to this restaurant.

Hands down probably the best Italian food we’ve had in Colorado. We ordered the burrata, pasta bolognese, lasagna and bone in saltimboca. All were amazing. Finished with tiramisu and limoncello. Service was wonderful as well. Would 1000% go back and recommend to all in the area.

This was my 2nd visit to Fattoria and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The service was outstanding and the food is fantastic.

We loved Fattoria! Steve, one of the owners, checked on us several times during dinner to see that all was going well. Our server, Alex, was friendly, attentive and gave us great ideas on what to order. It's a fabulous restaurant. We'll return when in Avon again!

Excellent dinner. Our guest was thoroughly impressed with everything. Ceaser salads to start. Her steak was perfectly prepared. The in-house-made bolognese was perfect. Super wine list. Great wait staff. A true gem of Avon.

Some of the worst Italian my colleagues and I have ever had. The signature bolognese was tasteless. And the Saltimboccas tough and similarly lacking in flavour. And dont get me started on how bad the sides were. All this culinary delight and a hefty price tag to go with it. Servers and maitre d’ were oblivious to the fact that none of us (3) ate barely anything.
