We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

Left a little disappointed after my first visit. Perhaps it was what I ordered (rabbit tortellini). Did nothing for me, really. At this price point, I need to be blown away to walk away satisfied. Our waiter was attentive. Love the atmosphere!!

carpaccio delicious. Mains lasagna and lobster ravioli very good. Waiter Josh excellent, attended to our every request quickly, even treated us to lattes. Would definitely return

Excellent everything! We were celebrating the engagement of our son, Kyle, and future daughter-in-law, Stephanie. We were promptly greeted by the manager, Eli, seated, and our server, Kyle, took it from there. Excellent service, awesome food, and a very enjoyable evening. We will definitely be back.

We went to Fattoria while in the area on vacation. Great vibe, awesome service (ask for Kyle) and outstanding food! Wine selection wonderful, too. It’s the type of place you wish they were located in your own neighborhood! Exactly the type of restaurant you want to go back to, again and again!

We have a great birthday dinner. Rui was very attentive and very helpful on our wine selection. Definitely coming back!

When in the valley we always visit Fattoria for dinner. Great food and wine list. The meatballs are to die for. Our server Chance was awesome.Stevie the meeter, greeter and seater will take care of you.

Always a great meal at Fatttoria. All of their salads are great and we usually order either the Bolognese or the Branzino. You can’t go wrong at this place. Love the ambience around the fire.

This restaurant is such a gem. Unbelievable service from start to finish, including terrific, personalized attention from our server, Josh. The staff is knowledgeable without a hint of pretentiousness, and the food is amazing.
