Fatto a Mano Pizza & Beer serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.

Six beers on tap and more in the fridge, including our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. We work with small producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, Campania and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. The pizzeria menu features classics such as Margherita, salsiccia e friarielli, diavola and Fatto a Mano's scugnizielli dessert, whilst also featuring modern additions including lasagna pizza, homemade arancini and our own vegan 'nduja pizza.

PIZZA

Naples is the birthplace of pizza… Soft and pillowy, rather than thin and crispy or a pizza pie. Our dough is made by us every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by our pizzaioli who cook every pizza in our ovens at 450+ degrees. Buon appetito!

Food was lovely and service was very quick for a packed restaurant. They serve a range of beers on tap but they are not pints so be wary of that. Fantastic little restaurant Will definitely be back for the pizza.

The tables are way too close to each other - extremely uncomfortable. The starters arrive with the mains as they are trying to turn the tables as fast as possible. The garlic bread was just... bread.. not even a hint of garlic. Pizza was cold with a sodden base. We had a young couple next to us who had hearing issues.... they complained to the waitress. The music choice was amazing but way too loud for lunch. No hot drinks other than coffee?

The Parma Ham on the pizza was too thick. The air conditioning was pointed directly to our table and the pizza went cold almost immediately.

Another lovely meal - this time a combination of starters/sides as a change from the pizzas . The parmigiana was delicious and went very well with the arancini and garlic pizza to make a good main course.

Delicious pizza and tiramisu, fantastic service and a great atmosphere. Prices were really reasonable, especially being in Kings Cross. We also won their daily advent calendar competition which was so lovely and unexpected.

Wonderful food and drink every time. First class ingredients skillfully combined and cooked to perfection. Great staff too.

Did not know about the very steep staircase, and the tables very close together. Pizzas good, but not great. Won't go again.

The pizza was served lukewarm and the base was sodden. The tables are small and the seating is cramped.
