Fatto a Mano Pizza & Beer serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.

Six beers on tap and more in the fridge, including our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. We work with small producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, Campania and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. The pizzeria menu features classics such as Margherita, salsiccia e friarielli, diavola and Fatto a Mano's scugnizielli dessert, whilst also featuring modern additions including lasagna pizza, homemade arancini and our own vegan 'nduja pizza.

PIZZA

Naples is the birthplace of pizza… Soft and pillowy, rather than thin and crispy or a pizza pie. Our dough is made by us every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by our pizzaioli who cook every pizza in our ovens at 450+ degrees. Buon appetito!

Very cramped dining area and pretty noisy. Nice pizzas but not for people who like a thick base. You can't pick pu the slices. It would have been good to have a plain green salad on the menu. Waitress was pleasant. Not sure we would return as we prefer a more relaxing atmosphere.

The service was very polite and attentive. The pizzas were incredibly delicious and fresh! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Great pizzas but a very “cozy” dining experience…the space is small so tables very close together and noise levels high. Not a place for a relaxed meal or conversation with your partner. Also, we were asked to vacate our table after just over an hour…fortunately we were finished and fatigued by the noise but this was a bit jarring! I recommend you try to sit outside because the food itself is excellent as was the beer!

The staff accommodated our large group of 7 inside. The pizzas were all very good as were the bubbly starters. Mixed age group and suited us all. Very enjoyable and lovely staff

Fatto a mano exceeded my expectations. Its a basic pizza restaurant / takeaway but the environment is nice, its clean, and airy. but most of all the staff are brilliant and the pizzas were fabulous.

A really great spot for perfect pizza and Caesar salad - all really delicious & very good value Fries were fantastic too. Friendly staff. If you’re looking for very quick service, then this is definitely the right spot as I think our pizzas were delivered to the table in under 7 minutes from ordering! At the end of the meal, we were told that our table would be needed in 10 minutes . This was 55 minutes after our Reservation start time. I had actually checked prior to coming into the restaurant that table timings were 90 minutes - I know it’s a busy place- but as we were headed to a show we wanted to be leisurely- of course we left the table so they could seat the next group but if they were overbooked, they should’ve said something politely to us about that when we sat down . We then had to go and try and find somewhere to wait for the show and failed!
