We provide valet parking from the driveway at the front of the hotel. Underground hotel parking is located at the Quebec Street entrance, and there is elevator access to the dining room level. The parking charge is reimbursed when the bottom of the parking pass is brought to the dining room and presented before payment for dinner. Street parking is also available.

Fathom has become a new favourite. The pate on their dine around menu was amazing, and the cold brew cheesecake is a must try. The delicious meal, coupled with great service, has solidified our plan to return.

Great restaurant and vibes definitely worth a visit. Food was perfectly cooked and new textures and flavours gave me feelings of new experiences. Loved the food would say temperature control was a bit hit or miss but the staff did well to service us but didnt explain the dishes when they came out so I had to guess the flavours in some of the dishes. Otherwise great experience overall.

We are still talking about it!!! What a fantastic meal - all three courses. Superb! Beautiful setting, excellent service and exceptional value. For sure we will be back. We loved this dine around menu and look forward to more good times with great friends again.

We enjoyed our meals, Scallops and Duck Breast and Deserts, ice cream and sorbert. Unfortunately the construction noise went late and didn't stop until after we had given up and moved inside from the Patio. Otherwise everything was excellent.

My husband and I had the Winter on Terrace special, choosing to have the cheese fondue. Overall, it was a good experience, but we find the portions of the cured meat, apples and dill pickles disappointing. Specifically, it was almost like half a chorizo or cured sausage sliced for around 8 pieces or so. And for the price, it's a little disappointing for that small portion. The only thing that was really meant for two people's portion was probably the bread provided with the fondue. It does fill you up when it's all said and done, but I'd rather not just fill up on bread. We also ordered their seafood chowder, which is as good as we remembered last time we dined. It's an experience to enjoy, as not many places offer fondues as a special, but I don't think I'll come back next time unless they add more for the portions of meat and other sides; not just bread.

Fathom is a great restaurant for any meal. the menu is great and it has reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and very efficient. I love the ambiance and decor. Fathom is one of my favourite restaurants in Victoria!

I made reservations to do the Winter on the Terrace fondue - I was taking my mom out - and unfortunately service was not great. It started with being sat at the only table with the heater not turned on. When we asked (politely) if could be turned on (it was really cold) the woman who sat us was quite rude about it and seemed bothered, telling us she can try but that they had been “having trouble with it.”. It turned out the problem was the propane tank needed changing. She made a production of slamming things around and looking very angry about it the whole time. She snapped at someone at a table nearby about how it “had to be done”. Very odd and left us feeing pretty bad for wanting to be warm. It then took about 15 minutes before another server took our drink order. Once we finally got our drinks we then were approached by a different person who informed us they were our actual server and that they were “really busy”. He took our order and delivered food (which was actually delicious). He never checked if we wanted another drink or anything the whole time. We also had the chocolate fondue and coffee and that was it. Bill delivered evening over. We felt very unwelcome and like we were bothering everyone and we are not sure why. Probably won’t come back or recommend Fathom.

Great winter activity! We sat on the terrace with a fireplace and ordered the cheese fondue, it was delicious. The cocktails are well crafted and thought out every detail. It was nice and quiet and relaxing as they only have a few tables outside. Very pretty lights were hung as well which added to the ambience. Wish the terrace experience was all year round.
