Located in the heart of the lively George Street area of New Brunswick, Fat Cactus Mexican Cantina, is the number one destination for both authentic and American-style Mexican food. They don’t have coffee. I don’t understand how restaurants can serve dessert and then don’t offer coffee! The guac was good and fresh. The corn was canned. Not great. Not terrible.

We’re never disappointed with our meal. The food is always delicious! The servers were all dressed up for Halloween and the decorations throughout the restaurant were great!! We eat at Fat Cactus all the time and highly recommend it
