We ordered the dressed pot stickers for an appetizer. They were exceptional! These are not the typical pot stickers you may have had in the past. The pot stickers were served with a dressed micro-green salad. The hot pot stickers with the cool micro-green salad was superb. My husband ordered the Korean Beef Ramen bowl. He said it has great depth of flavor and very rich. He loved it! I had the Samurai bowl with crispy chicken and pork belly, along with edamame, micro greens, mango, avocado, chili sauce. This dish isn’t something that I ever had before. The taste was incredible! Each bite had a different flavor to savor. Our wait staff was attentive and personable. We loved everything about Fat Belly! We plan to go again this week! This restaurant doesn’t serve typical Asian food…in a very good way! All of dishes had a new and fresh perspective. This place is exceptional! As we said to our server, “This is our new favorite restaurant!” While words like delicious, flavorful, and tasty are often used to describe food, they don’t apply Fat Belly dishes. Their food is unexpected and extraordinary!

Our food was wonderful, this was our fourth visit. And Daniel, our service, was awesome. We had two kinds of sushi, power bowl, tofu ramen (made gluten free), pot stickers. All delightful.

WOW. We have been coming to Door County for 30 years. We typically don’t try new things but so glad we tried Fat Belly! Our triple S salad and tofu bowls were incredible, and Danny was the best server ever.

We are hooked! So cute, delicious food, excellent service, great drinks. Better than we expected and we had heard it was great!

Don’t let the name or “off the main” location and small footprint fool you. Every app and roll we tried here was on par with the best mid-west sushi and ramen restaurants. It beats many on the coasts. We had three of the four offered apps and a specialty roll. Each was balanced, distinctive and delicious. Favorites? Maybe the dim sum and Kung Fu-ngus! Fat Belly’s was a delight of clean fish, nuanced sauces and careful presentation. Pork ramen, a few deep fried specialty rolls and vegetarian options add choices for anyone that doesn’t want raw fish. We will be back. Thank you.

The food was unique and delicious. They had way more than just sushi. There was indoor and outdoor seating and the setup was charming. Staff was great. Can't wait to go back next year!!

Great new place for Asian food in Door County. We had appetizers and several sushi rolls. We’ll have to try the ramen and poke on our next visit. Fast service, upbeat staff, and good menu selection. Lovely outdoor seating options (covered patio). Would love to see a step up in the wine offerings. Keep up the good work, guys!

This was our first time and we brought out of town friends. Our server, Daniel, was wonderful and took great care of us. We had two apps and four dishes. There was not a speck left over. We loved everything. We’ll be back!
