Waiter never came to serve us so we ended up sitting at the bar after waiting for 20 minutes. Bartenders were great but we only sat at the and out of necessity and not by choice.

Like a lot of the chain restaurants in Orlando, the food and beer here is just okay, but it’s also expensive for what you get (due to the hotel most likely). I wouldn’t let it bother me that much, but the service is just terrible. Same as last year, it takes forever for anyone to help even when it’s not busy at all. And when it’s busy, good luck.

Everything was good. The one negative thing was you did not have enough wait staff. That is not a "ding" on our waiter. He along with other outside waiters were litteraly RUNNING from table to table. We sat 20+ minutes without a menu, water, coffee or even a greeting.

Excellent experience. We had three children with us under the age of 10 years old and experience was still phenomenal. I waitress was superb attended to us excellently. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We definitely will be returned customers! Good job guys.

Service was very very slow. With the restaurant being in a hotel and aware of occupancy levels, the staffing levels should have been increased for an Easter long weekend. If mgmt accepts, guests having to wait 45mins to an hour for a meal, they need to re-evaluate as that is poor service standards.
