Great food, we were sat near the door so it was cold so we went outside to finish our drinks so there was no draft

Excellent food when visiting for my wife’s birthday,🎂 very quiet at the time, good service and not waiting long either. Maybe they could have recognised the birthday though? Worth a visit.

We had the afternoon tea which was very nice and surprisingly filling. It was all set out very nicely. We had a child with us and he got to eat for just a £1, as it was school holidays, which we hadn’t known about and was a nice surprise. Dave was really great and attentive and a fabulous host. We really enjoyed our early evening meal out. Thank you Farmhouse.

Once food ordered cannot fault service, very quick and attentive. Food hot and tasty. Chose a Thursday evening and found quiz night and Irish bingo very entertaining, happy crowd - very enjoyable evening. Thank you

We all ordered and received the same sumptuous meal of lamb shank, with red wine gravy which as before proved delicious with the extra mint sauce. The only down side was there was no Malbec available, which was the recommended pairing, but the Merlot went almost as well It was really quiet for our friends’ reunion lunch which was perfect so we didn’t need to shout! And the manager kindly served us himself. Almost perfect.

the seating is still set out Covid style [4 stars] minimal menu [3 stars] did not have the food in we ordered from the menu [0 stars] the table was booked in advance as a wedding anniversary meal for 4. I ordered a rump lamb and trimmings for myself and was offered a pie and mash instead, I was so upset we left, the night was ruined

Service was great. There were more dogs than people. Noise level was not energetic,just very loud. The lovely new huts outside were full of smokers. Where do non smokers go to get out of the chill? So we tried to get away from the dogs and the noise and the cold but gave up and went home. It's a shame but won't be returning.
