The prices here are pretty high for Thai food, but the place came recommended so I came to check it out. The food was good and I enjoyed the Khao Soi, but I'm guessing the prices are for the neighborhood.

Farmhouse Thai was delicious. They have some unique dishes I've never seen at another Thai restaurant. Be warned, they don't have very many typical dishes either. Couldn't get traditional Pad Thai the day we went, just Lobster Pad Thai for $39. My daughter kept commenting on the TV screen she was facing that showed dishes being prepared and people eating fried larvae, which she said was not very appetizing to be looking at. Attention service, nice wait staff.

Overall my experience was not great. Most disappointing was the service. A server brought a dish and basically slide it on the table and didn’t even make eye contact. I had to constantly try to make eye contact to get anyone’s attention. Price of the food was not worth it. Especially Lobster Pad Thai, which was nearly $40!!! Noodle was all clumped together and only had 1 small Lobster tail and called it a Lobster Pad Thai. Definitely never ordering that again if I ever visit the Pearl location, which most likely I won’t be.

It was ok. Most dishes are spicy and calorie dense. Not a lot of vegetable options. The cocktails looked great and unique, but seemed weak, especially for the cost. They seemed mostly gimicky. In general, there weren’t a lot of healthy options. It just wasn’t for us. Also, some of the seating options w were not comfortable.

This is our favorite Thai restaurant ever. Deliciously spicy food, great drinks, and a gorgeous downtown location. Seriously, we come here like twice a month. I love it.
