Most of the food was good, but one of our party needed a vegan meal and they made a very sad effort for her, even though we told them in advance when the reservation was made. These days there's no excuse for not knowing how to do a decent vegan meal. The lack of effort was disappointing. Guess that's why we were the only ones there.

Bre was our server and she was wonderful. She took care of us like we were the only ones in the restaurant.

We've eaten here several times because we like the food and atmosphere. However, the wait staff seem new and pretty inexperienced. There always seems to be some confusion as to who should seat us and where. We always make a reservation through Open Table, but when we arrive they want to seat us outside--even though we've indicated we want to sit inside! Once that problem was resolved and we were seated, we waited and it took them a long time to bring menus--at this recent visit, the young woman who finally showed up told us the servers had all disappeared. (Apparently, serving tables was not her job.) As a consequence, service this night was slow all evening. Our meals were fine (I had fish and my wife had chicken) and the bottle of wine we ordered was great--and properly chilled. My wife's chicken was a bit dry, but we know it's difficult to keep it moist. However, it did taste as if it had been prepared in advance and was allowed to sit under a heat lamp for far too long. We'll return . . . eventually.

A small but adequate menu of outstanding meal choices. The bisque is exceptional, presentation is excellent and the service is attentive, polite and helpful. A great experience in a terrific setting of reclaimed hand hewn beam construction, the room is a great pairing with food, service and wine.

We had a great time in this beautiful and delicious place. Highly recommended. The food was fresh, good, and interesting! I would especially recommend the butternut soup. The only thing that required more attention was the service. We had three meals, and for each one of them, we had to repeatedly ask for different things over and over again. For example, on all of the meals the food arrived with no cutlery, on one meal we asked for GF bread from three different waiters and it arrived when we finished the meal, on one meal we asked for chili flakes from two waiters and it never arrived. Other than those service issues, it was charming

Excellent service and food. Menu is rather limited but I have tried a salad and sandwich which were excellent.

Vineyards at Florence great property and venue - restaurant lacking - be aware of lunch menu for dinner midweek- confusing -food does not measure up- overpriced- better off getting a pizza delivered to property Menu items not what you get - we know the difference between ciabatta bread and French bread We were disappointed - will return to property but not restaurant

My shepherds pie arrived in a reasonable length of time. My wife’s salmon and risotto arrived 5 minutes later and the risotto was cold so she sent it back. 15 minutes later, after I finished my meal, her risotto was brought back steaming hot. Unfortunately, they had heated the entire plate so her salmon was now over-cooked. Also, the manager that brought it back didn’t even stick around to see if it was ok. She delivered the plate and walked away immediately. Very disappointing, especially when you consider the prices.
