Welcome to Farm Bar, your neighborhood farm-to-table destination in Ravenswood and Lakeview. We bring the best of Midwestern fare to your plate, using ingredients from our own Brown Dog Farm in Wisconsin. Whether you're here for lunch, dinner, or weekend brunch, we’ve got something for everyone.

Enjoy juicy burgers, crispy cheese curds, and fresh seasonal dishes that highlight the bounty of the Midwest, paired with a handcrafted cocktail or a perfectly selected glass of wine.

When the weather’s fine, head upstairs to ARRIBA, our rooftop margarita bar with Latin-inspired snacks and great views.

We're also committed to sustainability with digital menus linked via QR codes at each table.

As of July 1, 2024, The Chicago City Council mandated a steep increase in hourly wages for food service teams. In order to meet this added cost, we've added a voluntary 3% COB fee to our checks. We can remove this fee upon request.

Every Tuesday, Farm Bar donates 20% of what you send at Farm Ba to a Chicago non-profit. Since 2022, Farm Bar has donated over $75,000 to Chicago non-profits. Each table will chose one of four non profits; and the end of the quarter, we'll cut a check to that non profit. Past non-profits have included immigrant relief, pet rescues, food pantries, anti-violence coalitions and conservation organizations. The current Q1 charities include the Between Friends, the Honeycomb Project, Chi-Town Pitties, and the Friendship Center.

Excellent salads and burger. Limited but good beer selection, excellent wine and old fashioned. A little noisy (but it was Friday night and the place was hopping). Will dine there again.

I had a lovely dinner at Farm Bar with a friend. The meal started with their amazing carrot app as recommended by our server. We then had the salmon that had perfectly crisp skin served with potatoes, and we finished with their crème brûlée with charred pineapple. Each course was perfectly seasoned and creative. What really made our meal was our server, Bella! She was attentive without being overbearing, offered wonderful recommendations, and really just rounded out our already great experience.

Thanks for the kind words. We're so pleased at how well the carrot appetizer has been selling. We try hard to have a varied range of vegan and vegetarian items that are broadly appealing. Glad Bella did a great job; she's a valued member of the team!

We had an excellent time at Farm Bar. Our server Bella was a delight and we appreciated her energy and humor. All of the food was amazing. The music and noise was at the right level where we could easily converse with each other.

The food was exceptional- almost too flavorful. The cocktails were yummy and the restaurant is super cute. The service was really good too. Nice folks here. It’s a wonderful neighborhood gem. I’d come back anytime.

The food was incredible, the service was great, and the owner came over and said hi and it was overall a great experience. I think i found my new favorite brunch spot!

Seating was a little cramped, with our party of two squeezed into a small space between two tables of 4. Despite the cramped seating, service and food was fantastic, and portions were generous enough that we took home a modest amount of leftovers. One of us accidentally left our phone behind, and our server actually chased us down on the sidewalk to make sure we got it back. While we wish the seating was more spacious, we will definitely return.
