Farm Bar is a neighborhood farm-to-table restaurant with locations in Ravenswood and Lakeview. We serve approachable midwestern fair with local, organic ingredients from our own Brown Dog Farm in Mineral Point Wisconsin. Join us for homestyle cooking, handcrafted cocktails, local wine, friendly faces and a table that feels like home—bring the whole family! We limit our environmental footprint by using a digital menu linked to our tables with a QR code. We understand that some guests may require a paper menu, and one can be provided with a list of standards items upon request. In order to meet added costs from the city, we've added a voluntary 3% COB fee to our checks. We understand that rising costs affect our guests too, so we will remove this fee upon request.

Wait staff were awesome however both bartenders were very annoyed we asked them for a drink. One of them gave us water asked if we were waiting for table and never came back. Maybe both of them were having a bad night? Food unbelievable! Hostess and wait staff amazing!

Overall good. They limited our time (even with a reservation) to 1 hour and 15 minutes … I was initially not notified of a limit and then told 90 minutes when I asked. We had to gobble our food down. It’s restaurant week, but 90 minutes with a reservation isn’t asking for much.

We enjoyed the restaurant week brunch. Beautiful salad, indulgent pimento cheese breakfast sandwiches and rich delicious desserts. It was our first visit and we’ll definitely return to try more menu items!

Food and service were good. A little cold inside the restaurant for me. The guy at the table next to us was eating with his coat on.

The food was great and the service was great. However, the air was so cold! I will return here only when the weather is nicer.

The food was excellent, but the music was loud, making it difficult to hear others talking at the table. Also, the restaurant was very cold. I had to wear my coat the whole time while eating. They even had a portable floor heater next to the bar. I'm sure it will be more pleasant in the summer.

Our waitress Veronica really made my birthday special. The huevos rancheros was delicious and there was a healthy portion size. I would go back with a smaller group since the restaurant is pretty compact. I believe they have outdoor seating but since it was so cold, everyone was indoors. I liked it and would go back!
