Farina Pizzeria in Turramurra is a welcoming restaurant with a flair for Italian food. This neighbourhood restaurant on Normurra Avenue is charming for many reasons, from it’s laid back atmosphere and vibrant decor to it’s genuine hospitality. The menu would win over any Sydney local and comes packed with wood-fired pizza, calzones, pasta, risotto and hearty meat mains. We recommend a classic Diavola pizza with mozzarella and hot salami, the formaggi gnocchi with four cheeses or the pork belly with red wine poached apples and pistachio. Gluten-free pizza bases are available, as well as many vegetarian options. While you feast with family and friends, it’s also a great place to enjoy a drink. This is the best italian food we have found on the North Shore by far! The service last night (16 Aug 24) was really lacking and was a bit of a dampener on our evening - but it won't stop us from returning again. I would however suggest that they add some kid's dessert to the menu as $14 for a small scoop of vanilla ice cream is a bit nuts,

What a fabulous dining experience - the menu was very generous in choice jas were the sumptuous servings. We all appreciated being treated to such friendly and attentive staff and nothing was too much trouble!! Thank you for making us all feel very welcome - the birthday celebration was a huge success and we will certainly return.

Its our happy place! Sometimes the service is lacking but the food is outstanding. Bring back popcorn prawns!

Food and table service was the greatest disappointment. Lack of table wait staff meant drinks came after our food. Female wait staff was rushing almost running around the restaurant. I was excited about the stuffed broccoli florets but they were limp, battered and really greasy- disappointing. Definitely not a healthy ‘lite’ meal option. Tomato pasta was enjoyed by birthday girl but garlic pizza was loaded with cheese and dripping with oil… would say lighter may be better!

We used to go to this restaurant a lot, when it was owned by Mario Farina do a nice job, but it's very expensive for families of the seven in our party, six dined and there was only one spirit drink, no wine $82 per person To their credit, they have us a free bottle of Moscato

Great menu with lots of choices. Best hot chips I’ve eaten in ages and I always love the pizza base. Nice toppings and good service.

We went for an engagement celebration first time at this restaurant, the service was outstanding a surprise cake was bought out with romantic music playing so special & wasn’t expected was amazing, staff are very thoughtful and extremely accommodating, an excellent night with great music would highly recommend it and will be definitely going back food was delicious. Left very happy felt like family staff are beautiful

If you choose to dine there (food was good as was the service). I didn't appreciate the dozen emails harassing me with information that wasn't relevant to how we enjoyed the dining experience and actually detracted from the experience (6 emails in the space of an hour). Suggestion to the owner...customers don't want to be harassed by your outsourced marketing service. One follow up survey is enough. How did you enjoy your evening.
