Named after Fanny Brice—the legendary movie, vaudeville, theater, and radio star portrayed by Barbra Streisand in her Oscar®-winning role in Funny Girl (1968)—the striking two-story, 10,000-square-foot space, conceptualized by the late architect Osvaldo Maiozzi, features a chef-designed open kitchen, elegant bar, and captain-based service style that nods to a bygone era, and offers diners cuisine by Chef Jun Bum Oh, with the support of Chef Eric Klein, SVP Culinary for Wolfgang Puck Catering. The restaurant is supported by Wendy Stark Morrissey, Brice’s granddaughter.

Great experience and warm service professionals. Only minor complaint is the size of my entree- black cod! Literally 3 bites small and a lot of purée surrounding it. Disappointed!

Beautiful restaurant in the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. Great way to end the day. Ordered off the three course dine LA menu. Every dish was delicious and presentation exceptional.

We ate here for lunch and really enjoyed it. There were four of us and three of us had salads and one had the hamburger. Every plate was delicious and satisfying. The desserts are also fantastic. They even offer a gluten free flourless chocolate cookie with caramel for those us with gluten allergies. It was delish! Highly recommend!

We had a delightful dinner with friends before an academy film screening. All staff were friendly and welcoming, and we all enjoyed our meals. I had the flavorful, perfectly cooked spaghetti with prawns. My husband enjoyed chicken cacciatore, and our friends raved about their shared bread, peach salad, and meatballs. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing; we talked about how nice it was to be able to have a conversation with good music in the background because the noise level was just right.

Everything was very good! From our server Ridgette U to our food and to the entire vibes of every other employee that made our experience a good one. Y’all are doing a great job! I’ve been meaning to go there for YEARS! I’m from Texas and a fan of film so it’s been on my wishlist for a while! Thank you! Have a lovely day!

Service, staff and environment was amazing!! However the Hummus/crudite was awful. The veggies were old, like they had been cut the day before and sitting around. The hummus/baba ganoush was not good flavor, also a very small portion.
