Friendly staff, great service. The restuarant felt nice and comfortable to sit in and eat. The food was delicious. I had the butter chicken. I love butter chicken and I have had it from numerous places. She makes the best butter chicken, it's not spicy with the same great taste and the chicken is so soft. You can easily pull it apart. You can ways count on the chef making you a great meal.

The restaurant was freezing cold - although a blanket and heater were given. The toilets were like being outside! Food was limited to a set menu at 49.00 $ a head; which was disappointing to say the least, as you were restricted to burgers off the main menu or the set menu, which I didn't appreciate paying for. That was false advertising to me of what I saw online. Entertainment was awesome and much enjoyed. Ambience was good; food portions could have been bigger - rice on two hot dishes was cold! other than that it was a pleasant evening! The staff were very lovely.

As a historical building the back bathrooms are chilly if below -5 outside as it was that evening. We recently installed two fireplaces to provide a warmer temperature. You did attend on a featured 3 course dinner evening, a deal we think, for $49 with live entertainment included. We are sorry if that was not made clear in our advertising or Eventbrite special evening posts. I'm glad to hear that you did experience our regularly noted friendly atmosphere and fantastic live entertainment.

Absolutely loved it! Great food for a great price! I found the temperature in the restaurant a bit cold, but the food and service outweighed that small inconvenience. So glad we found this hidden gem, we will definitely return!

The restaurant did not receive our reservation. They stuck us in a cramped corner by the outside door; so cold that our table of 7 left our coats on. Our drink order took 20-25 minutes and they missed the bottle of Perrier we ordered. After the slow service and no one had yet taken our food order, we realized that we were not going to make our theatre tickets unless we left without dinner. They apologized for the bad service and offered to email us a voucher, which has yet to show up.

We were happy to see your last minute online reservation when you arrive even though we had a sold out evening of musical entertainment and made our best attempts to accomodate. I'm sorry to hear you were concerned about your meals coming so that you would be on time for your show. We have used your feedback to review processes for communicating given that we can make entrees quickly and the theatre is very close. Your emailed voucher for free apps/deserts has been emailed to you this week.

Live music was sooooo awesome! Reserved a table on the open table app the day of our dinner. The time of 7:45pm was available on the app but when we arrived they did not have our reservation. They did however seat us, but we felt that we were imposing and that they were rushing us out. The waitress was not friendly, unorganized and needed our orders repeated several times. We all had Cesar salads which were outstanding, and hamburgers and fries. The fries were also outstanding. The burgers were nothing special. Had no flavour. The menus stated that the butter chicken is what won the chef the Top Chef award, but was not available. The live music was definitely a reason to return.

Having reviewed the menu options in advance, I booked a reservation for 1230 on Saturday to enjoy brunch with my mom, sister and auntie. The waitress provided us with the lunch menu and when I asked to see the Brunch menu, she advised that brunch is only served on Sundays. The waitress said she would check with the chef to see what could be done. Pam came out of the kitchen (we were the only customers in the restaurant at 1215 on Saturday) and explained that her kitchen is small and she couldn't prepare meals for us unless we all ordered from either the brunch menu or all from the lunch menu. We settled with the lunch menu but we weren't overly impressed. I checked again today and the website indicates Brunch is served both on Saturday and Sunday from 1000-1300. My feedback is that the chef should be aware of what information is provided on her website, including hours of operation and meal choices and she should have apologized that her website was not correct.
