Our authentic BBQ starts in a live-wood smoker stoked with genuine hickory logs. Our pitmasters hand-rub the meats with a custom blend of spices and cook for hours to extract the natural flavors. We source the highest quality meats and trim them up like we’re in a competition and hand-rub them with the freshest seasonings available to create mouthwatering experiences! In addition to our BBQ and grilled meats, our menu features a selection of salads, sandwiches, side items, and made-from-scratch desserts.

Food was ok. Ribs were great but brisket had no flavor and sides were mediocre. The let down was the service. Either they are severely understaffed or they just have people that hate their jobs but we sat for almost 10 min without even being acknowledged. Then we couldn't get refills after food was dropped. The 2 times our waitress did check on us she asked if we wanted refills and then forgot to bring them. There were 4 tables in her section and 1 couple at the bar. It didn't seem overly busy, but maybe just poor training on how to manage her time? At any rate, with the food only being ok and the service falling below expectations, I would recommend you take your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

Celebrating family reunion, couldn’t get reservation for 6 so circumvented by doing for five; waiter appeared to be new to the job and forgot some additional requests. Otherwise okay evening experience

Overall, it's an upgrade from fast food. Service was really friendly & helpful, even though they were short-staffed and rand a little slow. Ribs were done nicely, and tasty but quite fatty. Sides were fine. If you're judicious about what you eat, you can probably keep dinner to about 1,000 calories without dessert. Prices were very modest - 2 people ate dinners & glasses of best wine ($7.49) for $42 + tip.

Our server was just amazing….food was outstanding. Took out of town guests who had never had Dave’s….and they loved it .

Good location in Yuma to celebrate a birthday; not crowded at our dinnertime, but quite packed when we stopped in to confirm reservations (past reviews raised this as a flaw); likely due to Canadians heading for the northern border sooner than expected! Salmon was top-notch, as was the braised Texas beef (but unlike the good ol' Alberta beef! A place to return to next year.
