   the service was inattentive. the waiter was more interested in two other tables. I have a rule of thumb. keep my drink filled and check back to see if everything is ok. this didn't happen at at all. the brisket was very tough, and the pulled pork was more fat then meat. we wanted to point this out to the waiter. the portions were not even the same. my wife had part of her order the same as mine. had to wait to get the check and then wait to pay. very annoying evening. we have enjoyed Famous Dave's in the past. this time it will make me reconsider.

   Service was incredibly slow. The restaurant wasn’t terribly busy but our server was definitely over sat. We were seated close to 7 minutes before we were even greeted by a server by which we were told she would be right with us and we waited more. After that service was very fast. Food was very quick like to the point we were not finished with our appetizer before our meal arrived. The food was fine. I think some of it was just a matter of timing how she was sat and how food was coming out. Timing was definitely off somewhere.

   A great spot to meet a special friend half way between our houses. Service was timely, food was yummy. Thank you!!

   Service was 0/10. Food was cold. We usually love eating here but this experience just ruined it for us.

   Food was great. Service was outstanding, we had a party of 14. If had to make a complaint it would be that the floor was sticky. I don't know if this was due to humidity or the staff not properly cleaning it.

   Food was cold, brought our food before our appetizers asked if we wanted refills and then didn’t bring them. We most likely won’t go back. We’ll go to Georgia boys.

   We made a reservation through Open Table and the host could not find it. Luckily, the restaurant was not too busy or we would have been asked to wait regardless of the reservation. While we were greeted right away, and soft drinks came fairly quickly, the standard lunch items took about 15 minutes to arrive. There were only two servers for the entire restaurant. Both were doing their best but that was not enough staff. Food is fine, rib tips were tasty but not much meat. Sausage was a generous portion for lunch. Restaurant was not very clean. The cutesy stuff they have on shelves looked dusty. The quaint custom of writing on the walls wasn’t fun, just looked unkempt, and the sauce bottles were sticky messes that did not appear to be wiped down after each patron left. We had an unfortunate drink spill and no effort was made to clean it up so we literally sat, feet in a puddle under the table for the whole meal. A three or three and a half all in all given the basic food, the lack of staff, and the slightly dirty interior.

   We left after 30 minutes of waiting to get served We sat down no waters no order taking Not very happy with this

    Staff is great. The food is great. It was a great experience. I would recommend anyone.
