The whole experience was horrible, I like to eat at buffet restaurants and, definitely, this is one of the worst I have ever been: - Make a reservation was useless, we have to wait about 20 minutes to have a table. - The food was cold and tasteless. Not so much variety as they claimed, and you need to wait a queue for the seafood and the pasta (the are cooked at a station and only have one cook for the whole restaurant). - The waiters forgets to bring you water, so you spend all the time trying to drink something (several other customers were complaining about this). - The air conditioning was extremely high, so, make sure you have a cardigan or a coat with you (probably this is why all the food was cold). - Finally, it's a ordeal to pay with credit card, they use Bell and the don't have couverture at the place. Summary: I do not recommend this place at all. The only good thing are the views, and you can have them just going by the park at the front of the building.

Très mauvais service. On a payé une facture de 150$ pour passer un très mauvais moment. Nourriture froide et sans aucun goût. Déception totale

The food is pretty good, the view is pretty great. There are a limited number of options, and although they are broad enough where everyone should be able to find enough to eat, the display is quite strange. The food is held in containers with lids. The lids do not stay open on their own, so you have to put your plate down, use one hand to open the lid, and the other hand to grab the food. At the prime rib carving station, the meat is not cut specifically for you, it is pre-cut and laid on the tray. The service is about as bad as it can get for a buffet - it became easier for us to ask for a pitcher of water for the table so we didn't have to wait for a refill. Some basic training could really elevate the place. The last part is the junk fees, which are being outlawed in most civilized progressive places. you will receive both a hospitality tax and a luxury tax. there's a lot to love here, from some solid flavors among the main food options and beautiful and fresh fruit on the dessert bar, and the view is stunning. But it is hard to consider coming back with the high costs for such a subpar overall experience.

BE AWARE THE 25 IS NOT A DEPOSIT ITS AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO GET A TABLE OVERLOOKING THE FALLS. Even though we got there and there was only 2 tables that were used. They said this is ADDITIONAL fee and the food was cold and they didn't add items if it was running low. But the view was amazing but not worth the price. Ohh and then they charged us an ADDITIONAL LF fee which means luxury fee and it was far from luxurious and Worth it. Don't be tricked with their extra fees of bs

Food was mediocre and too expensive for what it was. What makes the difference is the view only. I would recommend it if you want to have a nice view but an overpriced meal.

For the price. It was supposed to be a "brunch" buffet and all it was breakfast food. It wasn't even very good breakfast food. I would never go back. Made reservations, requested to get seated by window, was told there were no window seats and as we walked over to our "nook, wall table" there were plenty of window seats, which the people behind us got those seats, think it had to do with the fact that we were not staying at hotel. They sat us off in a nook where our waiter didn't even acknowledge us. Had to wave the waiter down when we wanted or needed something. Was not impressed and will never suggest anyone to eat there.

I dont usually do this but I need to warn people out there. It's indeed a nice restaurant with a nice view so i choose it for our Anniversary Dinner & we were staying at the Hotel so why not... but my experience was horrible. We had a 8pm reservation. Everything seems nice until we went to get our food... it was a scrapes & dug up left overs. As I'm taking my food there was a guy there emptying out trays & closing the buffet so we had little to eat. Only the pasta station had enough food. AND if you like your food seasoning Dont go there! NO TASTE! If it was almost closing time atlease inform us or DONT CHARGE FULL PRICE. That was the only bad part of my Canada vacation.

Went for anniversary. Was placed next to waiter station where they use to prep tables. Request to be relocated but was told policy is cannot be relocated once seated- we were justed seated waiting for waiter . Second issue was sitting waiting for waiter for drinks before starting eating. Eventually my family left table and went for food, I had to wait for about 10 mins before someone notice and came.
