View was amazing had a table by the window. Had booked but didn’t need to as hardly anyone there. Food was average for buffet food. Didn’t feel it was worth the money really.

Food was cold and scrambled eggs and sausage were not cooked thoroughly. Never going back and would not recommend.

If you want to eat well with a view without going to much over budget this is the place. Staff are amazing, food is good and you have just the right amount to please every taste. You do not need to spend the 25 buck for the view unless you really want to be next to the window you will have the view on the falls. We reserved for 5h45 and it was perfect. Not to many people at the buffet and done right before the rush.

The food was wonderful, especially for a buffet. However, getting drinks took a half hour and refills almost noon existent with pursuing our server. Then asked if we were ready for our check, said yes and 45 minutes later still didn't get it. Service was poor but the view and food made up for it.

Fallsview Grand Buffet Review – A Disappointing Experience I recently visited the Fallsview Grand Buffet, expecting a great dining experience for my birthday lunch, but it turned out to be a major letdown. The total bill came to a shocking $504, which was completely unjustified given the quality of the food and the additional hidden charges. Here’s a breakdown of the cost: •Buffet price: $35.95 per adult (drinks not included) •9 adults x $35.95 = $354.53 •1 child = $17.48 •Drinks: $3.75 x 6 adults = $22.50 •18% Service Charge: $63.82 •LF (what does this even mean?): 7.9% = $28.01 •Total: $446.36 •HST (13% tax): $58.03 The final amount came to $504, which is absolutely ridiculous. Not only were we hit with a steep 18% service charge and an unexplained “LF” fee, but they also added a 13% HST on top. It’s outrageous to be charged such high fees beyond the actual cost of the buffet. As a buffet enthusiast who has tried buffets in countries like Singapore, Japan, China, and the Philippines, I can honestly say this was one of the worst buffet experiences I’ve had, especially considering it’s part of the Sheraton Fallsview. Here’s why: Food Variety: The selection was extremely limited. The appetizer section looked like a basic salad bar with barely any variety. The salad options were lackluster, and the sides included just one type of rice, mashed potatoes, bread, basic coldcuts. Main Dishes: The main course options were disappointing: •Roasted herbs chicken •Fish fillet •Beef •Mixed vegetables For a buffet of this price, I expected much more variety and quality. Desserts: The dessert selection was also underwhelming, with only mini donuts and assorted cakes. Again, this is nowhere near what you’d expect from a buffet that charges this much. Drinks Not Included: Drinks weren’t even included in the buffet price. Overall, the buffet was NOT worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The food was basic, the variety was min

The Fallsview guarantee table is not viewable at night so paying $25 to reserve is actually not worth it

The food was not highest quality or varied enough for the price. The view was wonderful but I could see it at the sky view tower for less money! I was not impressed by the food.
