Wonderful meal, Hangersteak was cooked perfectly and the Brussel sprouts were fantastic!

I have autoimmunity and am thrilled to find a beautiful restaurant that has a full menu of delicious food - carefully curated from local and ethical farms that I can eat without having to ask for a bunch of modifications. The chef is creative. The service is top notch and the setting is lovely - casual but special and warm all at once.The music is at the right volume. I live in Seattle and we have nothing like Fallow’s, sadly. This is my forever go-to when I visit the Rose City.

Really warm space and great service. Neat drinks menu. Food menu is not large but it doesn’t need to be. Thoughtful and varied selections for apps and mains. Delicious desserts. We’ll be back.

Our second visit, and we’ll be back. Two of three dishes were hits - the chicken confit and gnocchi with fava shoots. The paella was a disappointment - overdone salmon, 4 clams, and mushy rice. Good flavor but needs work. Nice wine options.

We had a wonderful dinner. The service was great. It’s so nice to be able to go out for a nice dinner and know you are not compromising your clean eating lifestyle. We even had dessert and didn’t feel guilty.

The service was slow, the food was, in a word, terrible. Smashburgers tasteless, chicken dry, drinks were just weird-tasting. We love their sister, Bastion, but won’t be back to Fallow.

4th visit to Fallow's Rest and by far the worst experience. Service was very slow, the chicken on Kale salad was waay too salty, salmon was overcooked to the point I left most unbeaten. The marrow parsley toast was...unspectacular. A very different experience from previous visits where food was good and the service was excellent.

Great location and what looks like a nice patio for warmer months. The music was too loud for comfortable conversation. The cocktails were very good but all the food we had was not great. A high point was the potato Jo Jo’s. The “chicken and dumplings,” (one of the only two entrees) was a watery soup with gelatinous and tasteless gluten free balls of mush in it. This is lovely space but we won’t be back.

We really enjoyed the happy hour tacos and chicken! We especially loved the cauliflower and beet tacos. The house red wine was lovely and the service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

Izzy was an amazing server and we totally enjoyed the evening. The food was terrific, creative and inspired. The bartenders have crafted awesome cocktails to accompany the delicious cuisine. And btw they have some wonderful wine on the list as well. Go! You will not be disappointed.
