We had a great dinner. The Southern Fried Chicken was a big portion but good. The cornbread and shrimp and grits were good too!

Restaurant was vibrant and lively. Everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves and their food. Do to a setting mix up our server did not come over in a timely manner. When he realized the error he quickly came over and apologized followed by the manager with two complimentary drinks. Our meals were hardy and excellent. My shrimp and grits were the best I ever had.

Great experience from start to finish! We made a reservation at Fall Line based on a previous visit and the proximity to a local theatre where we were going to see a concert. We let the hostess know we had to make a show in about an hour and the restaurant staff made sure we had a wonderful meal with drinks, appetizers and entrees and made it to the show on time. Food was fabulous, fresh and delicious, ambience was classy and comfortable. The service was exceptional - Gabby our server took great care of us with a perfect balance of friendly & efficient. Highly recommend Fall Line!

Great restaurant. Steak & frites were very good though a little undercooked (ordered them medium). Shrimp and grits were delicious though in tomato base vs cream base. Great service. Nice atmosphere.

Service war leider unterirdisch, der Kellner vergaß ständig bestellte Dinge zu bringen, statt 6 Austern kamen nur 5 - was ihm aber nicht aufgefallen war, woraufhin der Teller neu gemacht werden musste. Zum Tee hatte er keinen Löffel und keinen bestellten Honig dabei. Während des gesamten Essens wurde nicht ein einziges Glas oder ein Teller abgeräumt. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir eine Booth hatten. Die Qualität der Speisen und Cocktails war gut, dem Preis angemessen.

The service was excellent! We weren’t expecting this restaurant to be in a hotel, but do not let that keep you from dining here. We came for brunch and the food was absolutely fabulous. The shrimp and grits were one of the best we’ve ever had and we’re from the south. There were so many shrimp! The sauce was so flavorful. We also had an omelette that was cooked to perfection. It was creamy and delicious. Also, the breakfast potatoes… OMG! So simple, but perfectly cooked and salted. We were rather surprised by the quality and execution of the meals given the incredible restaurant scene in the area. I would definitely come again! Our server, who was also bar tending was very perceptive, attentive and connected well. We really enjoyed our experience. The only thing we didn’t love was the coffee. Do not miss this place!

Enjoyed excellent brunch today at Fall Line Restaurant in the Marriott Hotel in Downtown Richmond. Peyton was our server; she was very friendly and helpful and attentive. Loved the crab hush puppies and avocado toast. Would definitely return.
