The mashed potatoes are instant and the green beans taste canned. Not what I expect from a steak house.

Husband liked salad bar and his chopped steak, I had a filet… but it was not actually a filet!!! Complained and all they did was say they were sorry! Would not go back or recommend to others! Oh, they threw rolls only once!!!

Worst food we had in Branson! It was overpriced, especially for bad food. My steak was burned on both sides and I couldn't even eat it due to that. I almost choked on every bite. The manager stopped by randomly and offered to make me another. I declined since they obviously can't cook a steak. The bbq beans tasted just like plain pork n beans with bell pepper thrown in. My son's grilled cheese was 2 pieces of hamburger buns turned over. The cheese was weird, waxy and hard. He couldn't even eat the grilled cheese. The baked potato and hot roll was good. That's it. The waitress was also good. We won't be going back. It used to be a good place to eat. How do you even mess up a grilled cheese?

Service was terrible. Our waiter was so kind, but finally got rolls after our food arrived.

The food was not good. The French onion soup was so salty it couldn’t be eaten. The pulled pork was dry so they smothered it in BBq sauce to cover it. The salad bar was a joke. It didn’t look fresh, the cucumbers were squishy, and there wasn’t a good selection. I didn’t want to go back and eat more. The rolls….NOT softball size and there wasn’t any of the pecan butter as advertised on the website. The staff was not attentive and the lady that brought out our food (not our server) basically threw the plates on the table at us. Never would I recommend this place or go back.

Our server was attentive and the rolls were hot. Dirty place, floors tacky steak wasn’t great

Upon walking in the restaurant, we quickly noticed the AC was not keeping up, it was quite warm in there. They had our table of 14 ready within 10 mins of arrival, but once seated didn't actually talk with a server for at least 15 mins, everyone had drinks one hour after our arrival. Orders had already been taken, so we didn't feel like we could walk out, but were definitely considering it. Two hours after arrival, food is on the table. I ordered a 12oz Ribeye priced at $31. Steak was cooked well for a thin steak, but to be honest I could have cooked the same steak at home for 10 bucks. For our family of 6 (out of the party of 14)- two adult drinks, two steaks meals, 3 hamburger meals and 1 kids meal with tip $200. Felt it was not money well spent

We arrived at our reserv. Time. We sat for 20 min, without being acknowleged, had to flag hostess down to get waitress. Waitress said be there in a min. And never returned. Flaged hostess again. After more than half hour, we helped ourselves to salad bar. Finally got their attn then. Some of the food came out together, but my friend got her check, BEFORE she got her meal. Then had to scarf it down quickly so we could make out theather time.

We had a reservation but had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Was served our appetizers and asked for silverware, but received none. When our food came, two of the orders were wrong and two were missing and still had no silverware. Waited for 15 minutes and was given plastic silverware to use on our steaks that were now cold. Needless to say the plastic broke off in our food. Had to ask about the missing food and was told 5-10 more minutes, it was 30. Asked for a manager twice and was ignored. Very disappointed in the food and service here. Would not recommend
