My reservation was at 12, and I waited outside the restaurant for more than 30 minutes for my table to be ready. additionally, a group without a reservation entered before us!

Amazing place! The ambiance was superb, I highly recommend this restaurant, the food is really outstanding! Every meal we had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection! The service was fantastic! Thank you!

Inedible food! Food made from scratch was not at all tasty. Croissant was not good either. Friendly staff though

Everything was great, except the croissants were heated in the microwave which made them chewy. The kabdah eskandarani was amazing… The scrambled eggs were good… The karak chai was good…. The pancakes were normal

Slow waiters services. There were not dedicated waters for tables, you need to catch the waiter to work with the order. No hostess, that can somehow manage oncoming people. In the same time food quality is good. Looks like because of huge demand management forget to do the job.

Not good because the prices are unfortunately high compared to the quality, and the size of the dishes and the pricing are not clear

The restaurant was beautiful and the afternoon tea was worth the hype. Only downside was the service. It took so long to get seated even with a reservation and even longer to get a menu. Difficult to flag waiters down if we needed something, was mostly ignored unless we stood up and went to them. Wouldn’t be such an issue if there wasn’t a 15% service charge that we had to pay. Hence the service was very disappointing.
