Beautiful outdoor garden-style elegant floral setting, with some quirky elements added in. A great selection of pastries & savoury dishes plus a service to match, bravo! Already planning my return visit!

Was a special occasion for my friends birthday. We choose afternoon tea (vegetarian) as we don’t eat meat, so this was a great option as they also do tuna salmon etc. My friend chose lavender earl grey tea and I went for English breakfast. Our lovely selection of tea and cakes arrived and we waited for our sandwiches when these were placed on our plate they looked lovely but there was a ham sandwich on plates, I beckoned over a waiter and mentioned we don’t eat meat. So he took the sandwiches away and came back with two slices of cream cheese and cucumber sandwiches ??? So I got his attention and said you’ve taken away 6 little sandwiches and replaced these with two little cucumber sandwiches and again mentioned we don’t eat meat but the salmon and tuna sandwiches were all fine apart from the ham sandwich. So he came back and bought back only 4 sandwiches. I then politely went up and mentioned again. All I asked was for the ham sandwich to be swapped. Finally our sandwiches arrived as they should be. By then as we hadnt poured our tea as we were letting it brew, my friend (birthday girl) poured her tea and after having a sip she pointe out her tea was not lavender earl grey but she didn’t want to mention to the waiter or for me to mention as we didn’t want to cause a fuss and we just wanted to enjoy our day out. It was such a shame that this was the service we received staff where kind but just such a mess with service of the afternoon tea. Such a shame as it was a day out for my friend and they also had the cheek to charge service (which I never mind paying if anything I like to add a tip too).

Very expensive. Karak is 5.5 pounds!! The best coffee in a very famous cafes is 4 pounds

Chaotic to start but apologies over & over ~ hostess though we were a/a group. In turn had to wait to be seated. Food was OK. Nothing special. Cute place but I think there are better places we would choose next time.

Wonderful experience for myself and my friend yesterday. The staff is so friendly and the location is so colourful. Thank you for the polite staff they always help me with my requests during the afternoon tea. Definitely I will come back soon.

In general atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The order was a little late. I expect from the kitchen. The breakfast was deliciou, The price is higher than average.
