Fantastic location, views spectacular with table overlooking the lake. Service and food was of an extremely high standard.

wonderful experience, came for lunch with my parents and husband, while other family members hiked (woof!). Lunch ended up being afternoon tea and it was LOVELY. We actually had just had afternoon tea at the Fairmont Banff a couple days prior and while that was good, this location was even better! The sandwiches were great, the two scones delicious and I enjoyed the lemon curd that came with them (along with the jam and Devonshire cream), plus the views were unbeatable looking out at Lake Louise and the service was great, Chin was so kind and attentive we really appreciated him! To top it off the desserts were top notch, even though I’m not a huge dessert person, the coffee brownie thing was my fav!

Our server, Chin, was super helpful and made the experience quite memorable. Speaking to them was entertaining and certainly enriched our experience. Everyone was friendly, which made for a relaxing atmosphere.

Matt was a great waiter, 10/10 on the personality. He was extremely knowledgeable in helping us with tea. One other person at our table is going to High Tea at Kensington Palace snd felt better prepared. The sandwiches, scones and desserts were perfection. The view as always is spectacular. The soft piano music was soft without interfering with conversation. This was a bucket list day at this famous location. Well done!

Had afternoon tea on a Monday afternoon for our anniversary! It was a really nice experience! Server was very knowledgeable about the tea. I had informed them in advance and they wrote a nice message on the dessert plate for our special occasion! Was a lovely time!
