Welcome to Fairfield's Bar & Grill. Whether you are looking to just kick back and have a cocktail or to meet up with some friends for dinner, Fairfield’s warm and casual atmosphere has got you covered, whether you crave Italian, a specialty burger, pizza or prime rib. Home cooked, fresh and just plain amazing is what you will find at Fairfield’s Bar and Grill. If you leave without a to-go box, we haven’t done our job! I love chicken French, and theirs is excellent. The chicken is tender and the sauce is just the right amount of lemon.

Enjoyable place; expansive menu; good mix of local specialties and more general options. I came with a family of 4 with varying diets and we all found something we wanted. Service was very good; server extremely attentive and addressed a minor issue we had, quickly.

The food was delicious, I ordered the Artichoke French over Angel Hair Pasta. The French Onion soup was the best I've tasted here in Rochester.

We were seated within 1 minute, and the host told us the name of our waitress, Danielle, who appeared within 1 minute. Water in a carafe and nice-tasting bread, along with our drink order was there in 2 minutes. The place has a neighborhood, homey, bar and restaurant feel to it, with options for eating (takeout, at the bar, in a booth in the bar with TVs, on the restaurant side in a booth, at a table). You control how energetic you want your environment to be! The Wednesday and Friday fish fry is generous and delicious, and The Minnow is plenty for most people. We love the Chicken French, Artichoke French, Shrimp Scampi and Pasta Fairfield. Pro Tip: You should only eat half and get the great carrot cake!

Had the Jaws fish fry, which was really two fish fries - gigantic! Fish was cooked perfectly, attentive service and great value. As Arnold would say, "I'll be back!"

They need to update their hours on the OpenTable app, they are not actually open on sundays, despite the fact that I was able to book the reservation, which was a surprise when my party of 8 pulled into an empty parking lot.
