    This place is a must-go when in Charlotte, NC! My wife and I don’t get to get out a lot, but when we do we try and make sure that time is worth it. We were BLOWN away not only by the views, but the food. I recall every first bite/sip involving eyes rolling back and chuckles of disbelief. I can’t wait until our kids are grown and we can bring them here. This isn’t a place you go just for a good meal, it was an experience to eat here. I’ll be coming back.

    Booked a reservation two days in advance, yet had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was noisy but that is to be expected here as this is a place for birthday parties, afterparties, getting drunk, etc. I would like to preface that my girlfriend and I have been here once before, and it was amazing. The scallops were delicious, tender, the best we've ever had and we've been all over the city and the service was excellent, no wait. This time, in addition to the absurd wait time for a reservation, when the food came (I had lobster cobb and she had scallops again), the scallops were only seared on one side and tasted bland and poorly made. We sent it back to the kitchen and when it came back, 15 minutes later, it wasn't seared on either sides. There was so much oil covering the scallops that tasted like steak, and it was severely undercooked. My girlfriend had to spit it out, she couldn't even stomach the initial taste. I'm glad she did, as I took a bite and swallowed it, and the fishy taste it left in my mouth was so foul it was sickening. My girlfriend is extremely sensitive to food and can't eat much due to her sensitive stomach, and for the rest of the night, she couldn't eat anything. The manager came out and saw the dish, and apologized saying he talked to the chef that this was not right. We ended up leaving, I didn't even take home my food. There was nothing wrong with the lobster cobb, but then I suppose I wouldn't know because I never got a chance to eat it. The lobster cobb sat for 35 minutes because I was waiting for my girlfriend's scallops to come out, and I never ate it. We left because it had been an hour at that point and we weren't happy. We're a long-distance couple and this was the first real, nice date we've had in a while, and the night was completely ruined. We spent the entire day looking forward to the dinner, drove quite the distance to Fahrenheit, and were utterly disappointed; The night was awful. The manager was nice i guess.

    Great vibe, rooftop setting, inside outside dining. The waiter was outstanding, the food was delicious. The best view of the Charlotte skyline, hands down.

    This was my first time and likely my last. 1. The valet is overwhelmed, took a long time to drop my car off. They need more people. 2. The waiter didn’t know the menu, misquoted the fresh catch item and no one fixed it. 3. They ran out of menu items and couldn’t make some other menu items. It was a 7pm reservation, so poor preparation in my opinion. Very disappointing. 4. The waiter had terrible table-side manner. We voiced our concerns to the mgmt staff and they were very non-chalant. Only one seemed to care and try to remediate. We were brought a round of shots as a apology. 5. The valet was so overwhelmed at the end that it took forever to get my car back and the valet forgot a cell phone in it that I didn’t notice until 30 mins later. I drove all the way back and no compensation was offered to remediate the fact that I had to drop off the valet phone that should not have been left in my car. 6. Then after the fact my reservation was canceled randomly after we completed our visit, so I called back for them to fix it so I could be sure to leave this review. He said the host must have checked us in differently and not according to our reservation.

    I recently dined at Fahrenheit and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The decor was modern yet cozy, creating the perfect ambiance for a delightful meal. The menu offered a diverse range of dishes, each more tempting than the last. I opted for the ny strip, which was cooked to perfection. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was impeccable. It was evident that the chefs put a lot of thought and care into their creations. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. The timing of the courses was just right, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed. Overall, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy a great meal, this restaurant is a fantastic choice. I can't wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended!

    Service was good and food was okay but not sure it was $216 for 2 people good. Go there for the ambiance, sit on the patio if you can.
