This is the third time in a row that we were essentially invisible here. The food and drinks that we eventually received were good, but the management is inattentive and the servers overbooked. We ordered food and drinks and the drinks arrived and were good. After 45 min we hadn't been checked on and spent the next 15 trying to flag down our server to order more. After an hour the server informed us that our food order had not been placed. The second drink order eventually arrive, staggered out and they accidentally brought an extra, which we were not charged for(thanks). After an hour and 20 minutes food arrived and it was good. No manager checked on us or followed up about any of this and the server was running around constantly to other tables. I really want to like this place but the first 2 visits we had similar issues.

Do you like Irish Sausages (Bangers)? These are real deal like my aunt's butcher's in the Dublin burbs. I've gotten them from specialty shops like Jungle Jim's (Cinci) and Fresh Market (Various) and they are OK. These? Legit.

Fado is a great spot for large or small groups. The service for a party of 12 was excellent and the menu choices are varied and appealing. Local restaurants are unique and appealing and we were pleased to enjoy a Dublin owned restaurant with great food, service, and ambiance.

Our server John was attentive, friendly, and engaged. Cason and his team always take great care of us when we are at Fadó. I appreciated their attention to my special request statement. That made our visit today even better than it already was.

Went for a Wednesday date night. The server was nice, but didn't seem like she knew what she was doing - didn't take our orders correctly, didn't pour our water, didn't pour our wine into our glasses, etc. We ordered goat cheese for an appetizer and they were amazing! I got a Blueberry bourbon smash and my boyfriend got a The Deaconess. Mine was AMAZING! His was TERRIBLE! It tasted like formaldehyde smells... awful. My boyfriend got Spanish chicken and rice, based on the servers recommendation and while the flavor of the rice was good, it was super dry! The chicken and the rice, both. I got the seafood risotto and honestly, the texture wasn't risotto it was like mushy, yet dry rice. And I got crab shell in two different bites. The scallops and shrimp were cooked perfectly though!! He got a glass of Malbec and I got an Italian Pinot Grigio with dinner and both came out halfway through our meal. They were both good, but the server brought it out in a carafe and left, without pouring them. Not a big deal, just something to note. We liked the atmosphere and said we'd try it one more time, but there are too many other options around to waste time/money if it's just okay.

Our waiter Ellis (?) was excellent and attentive but not bothersome. Food was excellent as usual. Love to sit outside on the patio in nice weather.

Had another fabulous lunch at Fado. One just cannot go wrong with the beet salad and a 9oz pour of rose to complement it! We finished with the NY style cheesecake, which was perfectly creamy, not too sweet and had just enough strawberry drizzle.
