Locals & visitors alike embrace and crave this unique approach to dining out. The cuisine ranges from a Bistro Lunch menu featuring cheese boards, flatbreads, quiche, Boar's Head meat sandwiches, crisp salads, fresh fish, and Certified Angus Beef burgers made with the Faded specialty blend to a Dinner Menu that adds Certified Angus Beef steaks, Caribbean Shrimp, and organic chicken. We take pride in using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients all the way down to the cup, brewing small-batch, Sebring roasted coffee from Strangely Warmed.
Choose a table under the warm glow of our tongue & groove pine ceiling, a hightop on the deck, or find a cozy nook in the garden. The restaurant is located in the heart of Downtown Sebring and is easily accessible with street parking as well as a large onsite parking lot.

Our server Devin was amazing. We were there with our 6 young grandchildren and he was so sweet to each and every one of them, teasing with them and honoring their revisions of the menu items. He was very personable and completely made our experience. Thank you so much!!
