This is our third visit and our last - we arrived to no welcome and someone sat shouting for someone to greet us. We were then told the menu had changed, but no one understood why. We were then told the roast had sold out - but it hadn’t. It then came out lukewarm and sub par. Service lacking and a far cry from our first visit or second visit we where told that it was opening later despite having a booking - unsure if the staff / and or management has changed but it was a noticeable difference.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience all round. Served really bad wine, not offered another drink again. Given wrong cut of steak. Spoken to rudely by waitresses. A shame as we were visiting from the UK for a pre Xmas treat. Won’t be coming back

Very noisy, table booked for 20,30 , got seated at 21,00. Food at 22,00 , an hour and half after our booking.

Amazing food and amazing staff, knowledgeable, forthcoming and on point. All in all an enjoyable experience but there have been a few glitches which you wouldn’t expect at that price level. We had to ask for side that came with our dish and only arrived when already way into the meal. Finally the noise level was mad. I tip my hat for the staff working in the restaurant as they handled both the noise and a restaurant at capacity very well and with a smile. My wife and I went there for our anniversary and we couldn’t hardly hear each other without shouting across the table.

We had a lovely dinner at Fade Street Social Restaurant. It was my birthday. They really looked after our table. Food were so good. Cant wait to come again

The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lively. Really enjoyed our evening and would recommend definitely. The only thing that was a slight negative was the choice, there wasn't that many dishes to chose from. Having said that my wife had a ribeye steak, well done(I know) but but it was cooked to perfection and was still juicy. I had the seabass which was delicious and we both had fries with our meal which were chunky and delicious.

The food was great and the ambience was amazing. Our server, Ellen was outstanding. She was very attentive and provided great food suggestions.

Lovely lunch in the main restaurant, has a great selection on the menu, the Inch House Black Pudding dish was unreal! We went to the rooftop after for a few drinks. Great day!

Very disappointed with the service. The food was good. Asked for the bottle of wine we ordered 3 times. Came when starters were finished. Cold coffees received which were sent back. Very disappointing service.
