We are so excited to get an opportunity to re-open and amazing location in the heart of Vancouver and cook some amazing brunches, dinner, burgers and pizza for all. We will contiune to source local and fresh ingredients and prepare from scratch as many products as we can.

    The staff was amazing! My friends were late due to traffic from the fireworks and the staff was so understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all. The food was great!!

    Amazing brunch! We happened upon this place and were blown away by the food and atmosphere. Really cool space with a hidden patio. Our food was delicious 😋

    Really good meal, good sized portions for price, we sat outside. The server came prepared knowing about the concerns I mentioned in my reservation. I will happily dine here again. Patio is nice enough. Metal chairs that make a lot of noise when moved. However I can not think of an alternative to improve. Great restaurant.

    I was visiting from out of town and did a Google search on brunch ideas. Their prohibition fixed menu showed up and it couldn’t have been more delicious! Every detail was perfect. The fable Caesar drink was the best I’ve ever had. Service was excellent. I highly recommend!

    Terrible experience. Waited 15 minutes before anyone would even come to the table. Ordered food and drinks all at once. Took over 20 more minutes just to get our drinks. After 45 minutes we were told the food would be another 25 minutes or more. As we were going to a show we cancelled our food because of the ridiculous wait and they had the gaul to charge us for the drinks. We ate crappy overpriced stadium food for dinner. Thanks for ruining our night. We will never go back to Fable diner and Bar.

    So sorry for this. We normally limit reservations on nights that we know will be busy, but the managers thought we could kill it so it was opened up. A learning experience for sure.

    This has been my 2nd time to Fable Diner and Bar and they never disappoint. My girlfriend who had the eggs and Benny and Caesar for the first time in her life, enjoyed both items and the hidden gem in the downtown core, provided us with a great patio in an amazing building/setting and a great server (forgot to ask her name :( ). Thanks a lot for the food and ambiance and service.

    They've got alot of well priced specials ! but the normal price of a beer is just under 8 dollars for a sleeve , which for a 16oz of beer is average at best . Great old school feeling and delightful staff ! Well done 👏
