Fabel is an all-new open-air rooftop restaurant brand by Matthew Rosenberg's award-winning M-Rad Architecture studio. Named to offer guests a place to create their own enchanted fairytale, Fabel draws inspiration from the islands of Greece and the beaches of Southern France while celebrating the energy Miami is known for. The 10,000-square-foot outdoor sanctum combines old-world glamour with high-energy dining. Featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu, curated by executive chef Ian Fleischmann, Fabel takes guests on a whimsical journey through its design, gastronomy, fashion, fragrances and entertainment. While stimulating all of the senses, the restaurant also features a world-class cocktail program and an extensive wine portfolio with some of the rarest and most exquisite wines, led by Master Sommelier Christopher Miller.

We are a sharing concept, our prices reflect dishes that groups of 2 or more can enjoy "family style" for a more engaging dining experience.

It was our first time at Fabel and had a great dinner! Nathanial was an excellent server he elevated the experience so much as he was personable and knowledgeable. We both ordered from the Miami spice menu and it was amazing, the short rib was a highlight. The atmosphere was also beautiful. Only thing was it was hard to find as there is no signs on the street telling you where to go (It is in the tunnel and up the stairs). But other than that it was a great place and will be returning soon!

The restaurant setting and design is beautiful and would likely make a great place for drinks. However, the food was a major disappointment. The carrots were terrible and the oyster mushroom dish had a sweet taste that was not good. My husband had the short ribs and they were served cold. To the restaurant’s credit they did refund us for 1 miami spice menu and for the carrots and mushrooms since we did not eat those items. I would recommend eating somewhere else and following up here for drinks after dinner.

Amazing ambience I felt like I was back in Santorini Since I got married in Santorini, it took me back to that🥰 Highly recommend this restaurant for its food, drinks, and amazing staff !!!

This restaurant is stunning and the food is amazing. The crowd doesn’t come until later in the evening. They also have a fire dancer. I would definitely go back again.

Went for my wife’s birthday and stayed to Summer Solstice party. We had some food drinks and dance. Good vibe, good food, good music and service all night was great. No crowds Coming back again 100%

It was super disrespectful to be in this restaurant last night!!! I'm embarrassed to tell you what happened there last night. The place was empty. We waited 50 minutes to get our drinks. Then the food arrived in such poor quality. The fish was spoiled and had a disgusting smell. The manager was rude and had no patience.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my nephew's birthday at Fabel in Miami. The service, comfort, and food were all delightful, and the atmosphere was spectacular. I highly recommend Fabel Miami!

Way too expensive Super overpriced. And they charge 22% service in advance and the server is asking for more tip “this is for me..”
