Fabel is an all-new open-air rooftop restaurant brand by Matthew Rosenberg's award-winning M-Rad Architecture studio. Named to offer guests a place to create their own enchanted fairytale, Fabel draws inspiration from the islands of Greece and the beaches of Southern France while celebrating the energy Miami is known for. The 10,000-square-foot outdoor sanctum combines old-world glamour with high-energy dining. Featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu, curated by executive chef Ian Fleischmann, Fabel takes guests on a whimsical journey through its design, gastronomy, fashion, fragrances and entertainment. While stimulating all of the senses, the restaurant also features a world-class cocktail program and an extensive wine portfolio with some of the rarest and most exquisite wines, led by Master Sommelier Christopher Miller.

We are a sharing concept, our prices reflect dishes that groups of 2 or more can enjoy "family style" for a more engaging dining experience.

Overall I will give this place ⭐️⭐️out of 5 ⭐️The food wasn’t that great portion of the red snapper was small and the chicken was dry but I will say the hummus was great the ambience was very nice but I wasn’t to pleased with the restraunt.

Ambiance was great. Outdoor rooftop vibe was perfect. Couldn’t get the server - had to stand up and ask for him. Food was decent but overpriced even for Miami.

I do really love how Beautiful vibes were for the NYE , great atmosphere! The only thing was slow service because the food arrived very late after keep asking them about it. I couldn’t enjoy celebrating my birthday because the food arrived too late so there was no time to enjoy my celebration.

Disappointing Experience at Fabel I had high hopes for Fabel, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The food was mediocre at best—nothing special or memorable for the price point. What made matters worse was the service. The waiter added four items to our bill that we didn’t order. It felt like an attempt to take advantage of us. When we pointed it out, the staff seemed dismissive rather than apologetic, which only added to our frustration. Overall, the experience felt like a scam rather than an enjoyable dining outing. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

2.5 hour wait. Out of food. Wrong wine bottle and offered us bottle in exchange that was 1/4 price

The food and flavors are great, so is the ambience, a beautiful view. However, our service was horrible, both our orders were taken at the same time, but I got my starter and my entrée 30 minutes before my friend who was dining with me did. We were offered nothing to make it right and actually told we had to leave after two hours.
