Excited to be opening his "F1RST" restaurant, Award winning Executive Chef/Owner Adam Weiss who is known for his creative mix of unique flavors, textures, and artful presentation will be opening F1RST, an Eclectic American Fine Dining BYOB Restaurant. Focusing on seasonal American Cuisine with a twist, Chef Adam Weiss is bringing his distinctive cooking to Northern New Jersey.
Diners will delight in the two uniquely decorated dining rooms that are upscale and trendy with avant garde artwork, subdued lighting, soothing background music, and an intimate fireplace.

Fresh good food. Friendly attentive service. What more can you ask for! It’s been very hard to get quality food in most places in Bergen county the past few years and this place is a refreshing change.

Absolutely LOVE F1RST!!! Chef Adam Weiss, server Vincent and staff are all outstanding. We had an amazing dinner with family. Foie Gras and Brie appetizers were outstanding. Black Sea bass special, along with roasted duck and cod were amazing. Many gluten free options as well! The desserts including crème brûlée and homemade ice cream were divine! ❤️ Highly recommend this BYO.

It was such a pleasure to dine at F1RST and beat the heat. We thoroughly enjoyed the clever crispy and crab cake BLT. For our entrees, we had the New York Steak and the Black Bass special with cool orzo, green bean, roasted tomato and orzo salad. After listening and reading dessert menu, we splurged for dessert and ordered a vanilla pudding custard special with poached peaches and and whipped cream for dessert. Our server was friendly, professional, and terrific. We will definitely be back in the future.

Of course it was GREAT. Such an amazing place!!! Doesnt matter what we tell you we had because whatever you get will be great!!! So i will say this, get the tuna appetizer and get the Montrachet Brulee "cheese cake" dessert!! Neither is what you would expect!!! Also, though service is always top notch, special call out to Vincent, Claritza and Loeli(hope i spelled correctly :)). They always make us feel so special!!! Lastly, Adams talent in the kitchen and Hedy's hospitality always make this a stellar experience

The very welcoming hostess made us feel like we were being invited into a home. We were given a variety of choices where to sit, all of which were good. There was a buzzy vibe from all of the patrons enjoying themselves. The wait staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious! Berry salad was very fresh, gnocchi was yummy and scallops were amazing! Dessert was also very good - chocolate cake and gelato. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

We have dined here several times. The service and cuisine have always earned 5 stars. I highly recommend the pork chop. By far the best I have ever eaten. Wishing you continued success. Cheers.

First time there and will definitely return!. Four of us had different appetizers, main and dessert selection. All were excellent & uniques flavors and presentations. Large portions, BYOB.
