Excited to be opening his "F1RST" restaurant, Award winning Executive Chef/Owner Adam Weiss who is known for his creative mix of unique flavors, textures, and artful presentation will be opening F1RST, an Eclectic American Fine Dining BYOB Restaurant. Focusing on seasonal American Cuisine with a twist, Chef Adam Weiss is bringing his distinctive cooking to Northern New Jersey.
Diners will delight in the two uniquely decorated dining rooms that are upscale and trendy with avant garde artwork, subdued lighting, soothing background music, and an intimate fireplace.

Our First experience was a great one. Lovely decor, personable wait staff and the food was exceptional. Our First dinner definitely won’t be our last! Highly recommended! 😊

This was our first time at First and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, service was great and ambiance delightful. We think the chef had an inventive menu and the food was exceptional, especially the cheesecake/crème brûlée/berry-compote. Chef Adam Uses fresh and local produce. We look forward to a second visit. This restaurant is a gem.

Everything was fantastic! My third time eating there and love how nice the server Vince was with my excited family. Everything we ate was delicious, specifically loved the tuna app, the bolognese and gnocchi, the scallops, and the cheesecake dessert. Cant wait to return!

This was our first time at “First”. We were blown away by the experience. The decor is crisp and chic .. definitely a sophisticated vibe. The menu had so many choices it was hard to decide. For appetizers we had the gnocchi, calamari and mussels. We sampled each. The mussels broth best I’ve had since a trip to France. The Gnocci light as a feather and the calamari terrific. Entrees included scallops, cod and steak frites ….all outstanding. The portions are generous so we shared the “ mound bar “ ice cream . So good we wanted to order another but were truly stuffed. This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a very long time. Absolutely, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a warm friendly environment. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. I had the gnocchi and my husband had the skirt steak. Both delicious. The heirloom tomatoes and burrata appetizer was fresh and seasoned well. We enjoyed the peach and blue cheese salad as well. For dessert we had the orange crème brûlée homemade ice cream, which I’m still thinking about. We shared the crumb carrot cake which was moist and not too sweet. I would highly recommend First. We will be going back for sure.

Tried F1rst for the first time and happily, it won’t be our last. Food was creative, well cooked and beautifully presented. Our service was excellent! We left there very happy. The restaurant is set up in two rooms, both nice looking. I just wish it were a bit quieter.

Always excellent. Starts with Hedy's beautiful smile at the door. Impeccable friendly Service from Vincent. More smiles and attentive desk from clarittza and Loeli. And the food as always masterfully prepared bu Adam. We had 4 appetizers they're always great not your witch to talk about because each is originalI and delicious. That tuna tartar with the avocado kills us every time we love it. Hard to imagine anybody coming here and not loving it!
