Excited to be opening his "F1RST" restaurant, Award winning Executive Chef/Owner Adam Weiss who is known for his creative mix of unique flavors, textures, and artful presentation will be opening F1RST, an Eclectic American Fine Dining BYOB Restaurant. Focusing on seasonal American Cuisine with a twist, Chef Adam Weiss is bringing his distinctive cooking to Northern New Jersey.
Diners will delight in the two uniquely decorated dining rooms that are upscale and trendy with avant garde artwork, subdued lighting, soothing background music, and an intimate fireplace.

The very welcoming hostess made us feel like we were being invited into a home. We were given a variety of choices where to sit, all of which were good. There was a buzzy vibe from all of the patrons enjoying themselves. The wait staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious! Berry salad was very fresh, gnocchi was yummy and scallops were amazing! Dessert was also very good - chocolate cake and gelato. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

We have dined here several times. The service and cuisine have always earned 5 stars. I highly recommend the pork chop. By far the best I have ever eaten. Wishing you continued success. Cheers.

First time there and will definitely return!. Four of us had different appetizers, main and dessert selection. All were excellent & uniques flavors and presentations. Large portions, BYOB.

We had 5 of the appetizers and each was delicious. Highly recommend trying it out. It’s byob too.

Excellent experience once again at First (our 3rd visit). Food was fabulous, nice selection of specials on top of a well rounded daily menu. Service was great, allowing us to enjoy our meal and conversation with our friends without feeling rushed.

This was my second time here and it did not disappoint. They were short on servers/bus person so you needed to catch the attention of one of the waitstaff, but by no means a negative. My first experience the waitstaff was more attentive. I had the foie gras and it was like butter. My partner had the soft-shell crab. It was a little heavy on the breading which detracted a bit from the crab flavor. My entree was the striped bass….delicious. Unfortunately, we were quite full and passed on the desserts. They are all made in house and they shine! Will be back.

The appetizers were terrific, and I had the duck. It was excellent. Everyone I was with loved their meals and were very happy we went there for dinner. My friends said they would go again.

This is a wonderful dining experience. The food is excellent. All four of us thought our dishes were exceptionally prepared. The service is attentive without being intrusive. It is not inexpensive but the food is fresh and all desserts are made in house. A major plus in my book. We had two appetizers that we shared, each had an entree and three desserts that we shared. Average cost per person $70. It is a BYOB so a substantial cost savings. FIRST will be in my rotation of restaurants!
