Ici, on sert une cuisine américaine et des boissons artisanales. Au F & D, tout commence par cette équipe ancrée dans la communauté locale. Leur philosophie est une réflexion et un accent sur la création d'une expérience exceptionnelle pour les clients. Toute l'emphase est mise sur la qualité. Chaque ingrédient a fait un voyage avant d'atteindre la table. Ce voyage, rempli de l'engagement et de la passion de l'équipe permet de partager les histoires des uns avec les autres comme elles devraient être partagées: avec un bon repas, en prenant un verre. Pour cette raison, l'équipe s'engage à soutenir les pêcheurs de la Floride, les agriculteurs et les brasseurs, ainsi que le maintien d'une norme d'une nourriture de la ferme à la table. On ne sert que le meilleur du local, y compris les fruits de mer pêchés, de la viande bovine nourrie à l'herbe, de la volaille d'élevage et des bières de fabrication artisanale ainsi que des cocktails. F&D Prime Modern Steakhouse is a proud participant of Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining, presented by Orlando Health. From August 16 – September 30, dine at F&D Prime Modern Steakhouse to enjoy a three-course, prix-fixe dinner for just $60 per person. Plus, through Visit Orlando, $2 from each $60 meal is donated to charity and this year’s recipient, The Mustard Seed, which is helping rebuild the lives of families and individuals who have suffered disaster or personal tragedy by providing household furnishings and clothing while being environmentally responsible to the Central Florida community.

Chuck was our server and he did a great job given that he had at least 3 other large party tables. The food was excellent and I love the dark ambiance of the restaurant.

Great place for drinks with friends or date night. Drinks come out slow, but are very well made. Food is fantastic. Service is friendly and prompt. The acoustics aren't great, but this place is always busy. I'm just being honest here, but I do highly recommend this place.

My guest & I had such high hopes for this restaurant. We had a reservation & were sat at our table immediately. Our server greeted us brought us some waters & then disappeared for 25 minutes. Finally she came back & took our order. Within 15 minutes our salads arrived at the table & 40 minutes later our entrees arrived. We found it odd that it took 50 minutes from the time that we ordered everything for our entrees to arrive. Our server only checked in on us once & that was to see how our salads were. Which were phenomenal by the way. While we were waiting for the entrees we did notice that the staff were very friendly. Greeting the tables around us & chatting as if they knew these guest. Maybe they were regulars, maybe they were their friends. The manager then made his rounds to each of the table. Friendly gentleman, he is. Two tables we watched were sat after my guest & I, ordered their meals after us & still were able to retrieve their meals before us & consistently see their sever more than us. So at the 50 minute mark after ordering everything our food finally came. We were excited to try the steak everyone raves about. The steak while it was still warm was cooked to the wrong temperature & dry. Dry as if the steak had been sitting in the service window of the kitchen for a while waiting to be served. Aside from the dryness & wrong temp cooked the steak was well seasoned. The au gratin potatoes were delicious as well. The server stopped by to check on everything since we had received our meals & that was the last we saw her visit our table until we left. We watched our server all night constantly tend to her other tables & walk past us as if we weren’t her table. Wouldn’t look over at us. When we finished our entrees the manager cleared our table for us & assured us our desserts would be out shortly but we were too afraid to wait any longer and asked to pay to leave. The service could be better & the food was okay. I wish it was better but we won’t be back.

The ambience and the dining room and the bar is beautiful, but the service is super slow. It takes forever to get your food and it’s way overpriced. I think the steak Texas roadhouse taste better than that steak and way cheaper also, it’s very cold in here definitely bring a sweater. We walked out. Feeling sick with a runny nose. Also be prepared to pay $15 for a side to go with your meal. There’s no sides included

Dano came to our table, greeted us, and shared his recommendations. Our food was fantastic. We came for the Australian Wagyu and it was well worth it, tender and flavorful. My husband got the magical dining filet, which happened to be prime because they ran out of choice, and was pleasantly satisfied. We chose the creamed spinach, phenomenal, and potatoes au gratin, fantastic. The Japanese milk bread was a perfect compliment. The toffee cake may have been the best dessert I’ve ever had. The brûléed cheesecake was exceptional as well. The only thing that was not a show stopper, IMHO, was the blue crab devil eggs. They were just okay.
